If Taylor goes what then!

You have to feel sorry for all the young blokes that seem to go through this year after year

When can these young kids play under a stable and normal NRL environment

One has to wonder how much this has affected their careers so far ??

James Hooper raised an interesting question about what happens if Farah stays, plays first grade and we get off to a bad start. Will JT get the blame? If so, he obviously had a plan in place to prevent it, but was crucified for trying to implement it.

A bit like Potter had a plan, but the same
Constant was at work ..Farah Stays next year plays to a plan and guess what another coach out the door funny about that!

We know that WT tolerates mediocrity but how much longer will they tolerate petulance and team friction?

Thought it was finally over Newtown , but seems until Hell freezes over might be the truth unfortunately

Simple answer; Farah can't stay, at least in first grade. I can't see Farah and Taylor working together after Taylor identified Farah as surplus to requirements, especially now that it has been turned into a circus.

Petulance!!!! they are not children in a classroom. They are young men with career dreams and goals. If they dont respect the coach or feel that the club is holding them back in regard to their career goals they will leave and play somewhere else where they have a better chance to make that happen. What a about the players who accept mediocrity that happens at our club - how long do you think that is going to last? It goes both ways - hence why the new CEO is sending the message that this club honours its contracts - and at the very least will work toward an outcome that is best for the player and the club instead of the unacceptable "you out lived your usefulness' approach that was dished up the first time.

I believe he was crucified for the way he and the board have handled it. I don't think it matters either way anymore, JT will need to get results otherwise his tenure will be cut short. Just like Potter, I suspect this club will destroy JT's career.

I really believe that Pascoe will straighten out this wishy washy club big time.

Cant believe all the negativity out there and the 'armchair' coaches! We finished a golden point off 11th place! It doesn't help our young team to be running down the coach/board. Farah statement-: "Taylor is a great coach". Now let's see the negativity begin again!!

Golden point off 11th, when in fact we finished equal last, missing out by F/A, that sounds soooooooo much worse, but hey spin it how you like..

851 , He's having a really nice dream, don't wake him up!!

If Farah stays - He will do his darndest (On and off the field) to make sure Taylor doesn't see out the year….
I honestly can't see him putting in next year if he's in the same position.

At the end of the day, We've all pasted Taylor for his game plans this year.... But how do we know he's not getting white anted by elements of the playing group?
How do any of us know exactly what the game plan is?
How do we know the young halves aren't failing to execute, And he's sticking solid with them by not publicly posting them?
It's all very interesting.... There has to be more to this...
I also find it odd that Robbie seems to be using Brooks, Moses and Teddy as pawns in his Social Media PR war... It's poor form.
I had spoken to a couple of players early on who had nothing but praise for JT, I also find it hard to believe that JT's plan is to play football by not playing football.
He's a young coach, He has 25 years of his future riding on this gig...

Looking forward to the first 6 rounds of next year...

Moses has clashed with Taylor over game plans, those boring game plans Taylor dished up were real, not just imaginary as some believe.

The only words I've heard that remotely resemble this (Out of Moses's Mouth) were that Moses went to JT and said he was frustrated and needed to get his hands on the ball more.
He did, He played better…
Our halves will always struggle when they get poor service and we're dominated in the ruck.

That's why Talyors days are numbered.
If Farah digs in, Taylor's good as gone

Surely the board realise he is only doing what he thinks is best for the club! If Farah stays and JT leaves, then we have to start all over again!

Start again in 2018\. There's no point replacing taylor until Farah retires. Just let Farah run the team until then.

But this seems to be what the Farah supporters want ..is this a good thing? I keep noting that there has been one constant throw all this trouble over the last couple of seasons make of that what you want. If Farah is at the club next season surely Taylor will walk as this will at least give him a shot elsewhere as staying will destroy any chance he would have to coach again .

No kidding. Back to square one with the white ant still in control. If the board haven't worked that out we're gone before we start next season.

Isnt it Taylor who "white anted" Farah? Farah is the one who has been told that he is no longer required in Taylors plans, even though he is contracted. Who has asked Taylor to leave?

Thats not being white anted. That's being told to your face your no longer required.

So if Taylor gets told to his face that he is not wanted next year I guess then that means he is not being "white anted' either. Thanks for clarifying.
