I think it's fair to say that this season we have has more than our fair share of injuries. And I don't recall a team with a large injury toll winning the premiership, it seemingly always goes to a team who can keep most of their strongest side on the field.
In this regard 2012 has been a tough ask and there isn't much we can do, some matches may not have been any different if we were at full strength but they always make things more difficult.
I think the salary cap makes it difficult to have real depth in a side and because of this, when injury strikes some below par players make first grade.
But having said all that I think we have dealt with injury and bad luck fairly well. You can only do do much, sometimes the footy gods give you a rough deal and you just have to make do with it.
