How? I seriously can't remember the last time our pack dominated. We NEED big, aggressive, 'don't argue' props who get the job done and perform consistently week after week. It seems Galloway's knee injury is too overwhelming, he shouldn't be playing NRL. It's painful watching him when we've got better cattle to chose from. Fifita and Moors both haven't had any major injuries and possess the confidence that Galloway doesn't have. And they understand that their job is simple, get the ball, charge at the defensive and keep doing that all game. I can't get my head around why these two are deemed 'not good enough' to step up and play first grade? Yet we keep using plonkers like Galloway who trundles around every week trying his best not to get his hands on the ball. Admit it, our strength isn't in our pack. Until we start playing guys like Dwyer, Fifita, Moors, we will continue to be dominated and the fans will continue to see their team have to pluck a win out of their arse.
Allow me to outline things a bit better for all to see…
Round 1 - Tigers beat Manly. Gibbs, Heighno and Ellis all make over 100 metres which cancelled out Whatmough, Kite and Rose making over 100 metres.
Round 2 - The Tigers got touched up by the Roosters however Galloway was the only forward from both sides to make more than 100 metres in attack that day.
Round 3 - The Tigers took care of the Eels without too many dramas. The Tigers forwards won that battle with Galloway, Ellis and Heighno all making over 100 metres in attack. Moimoi and Mannah were the only 2 forwards from the Eels who had a dig that night.
Round 4 - The Tigers come from behind to roll the Raiders. The Raiders forwards won this battle with Shillington, Tilse and Harrison all making over 100 metres. Only Gibbs and Farah made over 100 metres for the Tigers with Ellis making 97.
Round 5 - The Tigers beat the Cowboys and lose Moltzen for the season. The Cowboys won the forward battle with the Tigers having a dreadful completion rate in the second half. Bolton, O'Donnell, Scott and Mason all made over 100 metres. Only Heighno and Gibbs did likewise for the Tigers.
Round 6 - Tigers get rolled by the Bulldogs and again can't hold the ball to save themselves. Gibbs made over 100 metres compared to Gordon, Hannant and Ryan making over 100 metres for the Dogs.
Round 7 - After putting up a good fight in the first half, the Tigers again fell apart in the second half to go down to Penrith. Heighno had a blinder and was the only Tigers forward to make over 100 metres. Petero, Grant, Pritchard and Bell all made over 100 metres and clearly won this battle.
Round 8 - Tigers lose to the Roosters in the final 5 minutes despite dominating for most of the game. Forwards won the battle but the backs failed to excite. Gibbs, Galloway, Ellis, Heighno and Fifita all made over 100 metres with the ball compared to Ryles and Myles being the only 2 Roosters to do likewise.
Round 10 - The Tigers got pumped by Souths. Say no more here.
Round 11 - On the back of a short turnaround the Tigers took down Newcastle in the wet. Not one Knight forward made over 100 metres in attack while Heighno, Ellis and Moors all made big metres for the Tigers.
Round 12 - Tigers destroyed the Warriors. Gibbs, Heighno, Ellis and Fifita all made over 100 metres in attack. Not one Warriors forward did.
Round 13 - Tigers got revenge on the Dogs. Hannant and Hodgson made over 100 metres with the ball but the Dogs lost this one with Gibbs, Ellis and Heighno all doing likewise for the Tigers.
Round 15 - Tigers got the Raiders again. Close battle this one with Farah, Payten, Ellis and Heighno all making over 100 metres with the ball while TLL, Shillington, Harrison and Thurling did likewise for Canberra.
Round 16 - Tigers went down to the Dragons however the forward battle was pretty even with Creagh, Prior and Saffy all making over 100 metres with the ball while Galloway, Heighno and Gibbs did the same for the Tigers.
Round 17 - The Tigers produce one of their worst ever performance to somehow beat the Broncos. Forward pack copped it in this one with not one forward making over 100 metres.
Round 18 - Tigers beat the Titans and clearly won the forward battle with Gibbs, Galloway, Payten and Heighno all making over 100 metres compared to Bailey, Minichello and Laffranchi doing the same.
Round 19 - Tigers beat the Cowboys. Cowboys forwards won the battle with O'Donnell and Scott making over 100 metres while Heighno was the only Tiger to do so.

So take a closer look. The Tigers forwards aren't going anywhere near as bad as what you make out. Where they have struggled is when the Tigers have had completion rates at 70% or less, which any side will struggle with.'
Ellis, Gibbs and Heighno all average over 100 metres per game. Galloway is sitting on 94 metres with his injury interruptions. Compare this to a monster pack like the Raiders, and Shillington is the only forward in their team to average more than 100 metres per game. Compare this again to the Dragons, and Dan Hunt is the only forward to average more than 100 metres per game for them. Compare it again to Penrith and Petero, Grant and Pritchard average more than 100 metres per game.
Your argument is flawed and the stats and performances from the Tigers back it up.. Moors and Fifita are big and offer impact, but they are still best served coming off the bench while still adjusting to FG. The Tigers are not coming equal second because they are playing with an ordinary forward pack. When they control the ball they invariably make decent metres as I have highlighted.
