.... (invalid title)

The Fitzhenry thing is becoming silly. Out of position, knocking on… how can this old guy be playing 1st grade with so many better young wingers. The left wing for our 20s is way better. Then there's TNT (given), Lote, Tupou (when fit), Brown, Mullaney even..

He must have something on Sheens or someone at the Tiges , Ayshford must be wondering the same thing

When was he out of position? With the 40/20???????? Nothing he could do about that. Or maybe when he hasnt been outside Ayshford when Robbie has gone wide? Well thats because he just took a hitup in the middle of the ruck. Robbie should have seen that.

Look, i dont want him in the team either, but lets at least be fair, his only blemish is a dropped ball, and he has plenty of teammates who have done the same. His runs from dummy half have been strong. The dropped ball was terrible, but besides that he's been fine.

that 40/20 was the only one hes been found out on, he stands in no mans land on 4th tackles, hes neither back or up, he just sits 15-20 metres behind the defnsive line

I totally agree with you KS but the thing that is clear to me and I may be wrong in saying this is that every team attacks that side of the field because they all see Fitzy as the weak link in our defense. I think that's where most of our tries against have been leaked.

100% correct.

He was good today. He actually helps us out a lot when he gets into dummy half.

Look I'd prob prefer Brown too but Fitzy had a good game today made lots of meters out of dummy half and set us up with that great strip (that waters then dropped the ball) defended well , our problems today were further in - although to be fair we could have won the game as easily as lost it today, both teams dropped lots of ball but we wernt horrible outside of our halves today

i would'nt have fitzy in the team either but it was not all his fault, the coach has to take a lot of blame for this one as he continues to use players out of position, when you have one of the best 3 hookers in the game why play him at half?

Beau has been playing reasonable but is he by no means the answer at fulback he is a winger filling in.

fitzy well i think its all been said, but the glaring thing is the use of the bench we might as well have only two players on it as i dont think mitch brown got a run and waters was on for about 5/10mins max

maybe its time to startr using the under 20's as the panthers did when they brought up coote etc. from all reports mullaney and florimo have been going well and one is a hal f and one a fullback then we could start using players in correct positions just a thought!

Sheens keeps saying that his experience out on the field is invaluable…..but FFS, he is a winger!!!!they are the biggest nuffies on the field!!!!

What makes Tim think that any of the players listen to his "wisdom" out there??

When your a right side winger you dont run the the left side just to take a dummy half run. Thats being out of position. When we then went wide he was on the wrong side, Farah just assumed , like anyone who's ever played the game, that the right winger would be there. He has no idea and is embarrassing to watch.

what about his knock on from dummyhalf when we were getting a roll on, it takes a special player to stuff something that easy up

Id prefer other players there than him, but other than the massive knock on when it looked like we were about to tear them apart, he was decent. I wont praise him, but he was better than his past few performances…if sheens keeps picking him, hopefully he can cut out the dumb error and ill live with it...

he has to go… defensively he is not strong. jason taylor showed the problems in the tigers right hand side defence and said there was a player who was 'neither up nor back' in position which screws the centre. no surprises... it was fitzy.

Fitzy with the poor knock on was a bad error, and he was clearly disappointed with himself. But he virtually single handedly handed the WT victory on a platter with his strip and the rest of the team just didn't capitalise with rookie Waters with the knock on at a crucial moment straight after it.
Hopefully the boys don't lose too much confidence out of today's match.
