Since Pascoe took over the reigns at this club all i see is improvements, to name a few…

- end to the Farah/Taylor saga
- not as much balmain/magpies talk
- Representative signings..Tim Grant, Elijjah Taylor, Matt Ballin.
- The plan is clear, all of our players come off contract next year which puts our salary cap in a great position to approach the open market.

List could go on, he has been a great acquisition to our club and it is good to have a smart CEO.

Let's see how we go when we have to resign players. I feel the signings under Taylor/Pascoe have been great but losing Taupau was stupid.

I think though overall the club is in good shape. Taylor, Brooks & Moses are the big issues assuming Farah isn't resigned post 2017\. I hope we pass on Robbie or pay him significantly less than market value.

Tbh I disagree with the Taupau situation even tho he was a beast, what's the point of keeping him when he doesn't wanna play for us, we've brought two players in Grant and Taylor for the same money that actually want to put the jersey on!

Keeping Taupau would've deepened our troubles

Pascao is a genius he seems to be doing great things for this club he did it at Penrith as well I'm excited

We have re-signed Simona, Aloiai and apparently Sue/Tedesco/Woods have agreed to new deals

I think we are good in that department, Marty was disliked amongst peers due to his big ego apparently, he also hasn't fired for Manly, only had one good game which was against us, not a big loss IMO.

Sue resigning was stated by FT in the same post he told us that ET will be signing.

Tigertorch said that Tedesco, Woods and Lawrence had agreed to new deals that they were all happy with.

Hopefully all come true as it is very exciting haha!

Interesting that these guys a re-signing with the club which is run like garbage, with a dum coach and with massive unrest in the ranks.

Or maybe that stuff the media writes about the team isn't true…...

Also much better engagement with fans, in particular the special events at home games. Gotta get the back office in order to be successful on the field so hopefully that won't be too far off.

For one year hardly encouraging. Most clubs have players sign long term deals with increases linked to the salary cap. we don't have anyone that will commit to us long term.

I think it's more the opposite , we've been burnt too many times before signing players on long term deals .
I'm happy with short term deals ATM

Jury still out for mine….uses a lot of buzz words that fans like to hear...

Re buzz words; that's how people in that role get in that role and, to an extent, what they're employed for. A necessary evil.
Re Tapau; a loss but no great loss. Priced himself beyond his value.
I'm happier with Pascoe than I would be with some of the alternatives.

While I was initially gutted about losing Taupau, in hindsight it's allowed us to get Grant and ET, along with a few other random signings, which have bolstered our team more than one player could have so I'm happy with that.

It seems we have picked up our game in the off field department and lets face it there was a lot to pick up. On field I am still far from convinced, one win over a diabolical Souths effort has got a lot of people in a very positive frame of mind. I have been bitten to many times to start getting excited. I think 2016 is going to be a struggle right to the end but even a negative Nev like myself can see some very good signs for 2017\. We do not need a lot in the way of recruitments to make this team into a very competitive side in 2017, a goal kicker comes to mind. Anyway the squad on paper is now stronger enough for there to be no excuses by the coach or who ever for bad performances

Taupau "Austin'd" the tigers.

"Austin" - definition - "To use the Wests Tigers to get your first grade career back on track before heading on to a larger money deal or more reputable club"

It's in the Oxford Dictionary, look it up.
