Is this our grand final

Assuming we will struggle to beat Manly away and Saints at home Is this our grand final ??. I can't honestly see us making top 8 if we lose this week . What are your thoughts ??

Losing this week would make it very, very difficult.

We have dropped far too many games we should have won. You know that when you get beaten by the Gold Coast (last), Roosters (2nd last), Eels (4th last), Souths (5th last) and the Bullfrogs (twice), needing to beat Many and the Dragons is going to be tough.

No… You need to make the Top 8 to have a chance/right of playing in a Grand Final.

A loss this week will put alot a pressure on our attempt to make the 8 though...

last week was, and it was the worst game we've played all year, that's how good we're going.
Us and Souths have the best looking teams on paper but are just poor excuses for football teams. Underachievers is an understatement.
This week is mad Monday.

StGeorge/Illawarra and Manly games are irrevelant at this moment in time.

Who is to know what happens to these other teams when we meet them ie.injuries, suspensions, loss-of-form etc

I think a win would make a world of difference for our confidence and would keep the season alive.

A loss and I reckon we should all start thinking about 2012.

are you forgetting this is a side that got beat by Parra with Luke Burt at halfback? surely last week would have answered some questions about their chances
the fact is as long as you have guyz like Gibbs and Fifita in the side,2011 is a write off.Based on what Gibbs wrote on his fb the other night he doesn't want to be there,and as long as you have guyz playing who have lost heart and respect for the jersey,how do you expect them to win footy games? also how can a status like that bode well for team moral?
until they cut loose the deadwood for next yr,this yr is a write off

Absolutely, this is our grand final. Have not posted much at all this season, but this is do or die. I have a funny feeling that the tigers will lift tomorrow night.

I think we have buckleys of making the 8 this year, tbh. I just can't see the problems that we have, on the field, being fixed up overnight. Sheens and co keep saying we are just in a form slump at the moment, but seriously, the whole season has been one big form slump, not just the last 3 or 4 weeks. Last year was different - we may not have looked real flash in our run to the finals then, but at least we were winning. This year has just been one big frustration.

In any case, the top 4 teams are so far ahead of the rest of the comp it's not funny - the teams finishing 5-8 will probably just be making up the numbers.
