So call it. Is teddy staying?

Things can change quickly as we've seen in the past , but if you asked by to punt on it I'd back him leaving

Inside info happy or just based on your impression of media reports? I recall you have a connection to the Tedesco family.

Fed up with this football club

I'm fed up with this football club and now I'm getting fed up with some of its players.

Fed up how, because we sacked a coach? First world problems at its finest. Let's hope his next club doesn't sack a coach.

I'd assume its a reference to his father, not James. Its no secret there was frustration as far back as Mayers tenure judging by his posts on here.

But as someone said, chill out. Its just football guys. It will more than likely have no real bearing on your lives whether players stay or go.

Invest into the Brand of Wests Tigers, not the Players!

Exactly. I support the Wests Tigers and whoever pulls on a Tigers jersey. I have faith that Cleary has us heading in the right direction even though this may take some time.

That's what you get when you upset a player manager like Isaac Moses.

He read everyday how he was holding our club to ransom because he managed 4 high profile Wests Tiger players.

Take a look at the possibilities:
Brooks (Tigers)
Moses (Eels)
Tedesco (Roosters)
Woods (Bulldogs)

Now we can all be happy

When do you think he'll make a decision?

I think he's made it already.

No offence, but you don't seem too reliable. You stuffed up not knowing Cronk didn't have a son ten minutes after you came back. You speculated that Cleary pulled McQueen's offer only for the club to announce him 30 minutes later. I want to believe you, but you aren't filling me with much confidence.

McQueen thing was just my opinion of what would of happened.

As far as contract structures and new offers all that's been correct. Brooks new offer at reduced salary woods reduced offer etc all been correct. Dunno what ur beef is im not the players I don't know what they will do all I'm telling u is what they have been offered and what I've been told in regards to them signing.

Personally I like reading what you know. It mightn't be perfect but things can change quickly.

For instance I like hearing that Woods has been offered a reduced salary. I'd like it confirmed that it is $600k in the cap. I hope we don't go over that by one cent.

Brooks to me is still on overs but at least it appears he was offered a decreased salary.

The club should continue to do this - i.e. pay players what they are worth.

It's amazing how sensitive these guys are. Geez I hope nothing bad goes on in their lives and I really mean that.

That's why I believe they've tarnished their image. Other big name players have re-signed or left their Clubs without half of this saga. Johns nearly left the Knights,Thurston nearly left the Cows, but the whole deal was over in a fortnight or so. these guys couldn't tie Johns or JTs shoelaces and look at what their putting OUR Club through.
The thought that we lost Teddy in 2014 shattered me,now, I couldn't give a damn. Players come and go,just love the badge

There are some people that need to take a bex and lie down. First the players weren't making their decisions fast enough, now some people say let's withdraw the offer and move on (i.e. we need to be the fast ones).

Or how about relax and let the people employed to take care of it, take care of it. You can't do anything fretting and stamping from the sidelines, especially on a forum of all places.

I don't really get why people get worked up over the time these things take. What's the rush? We still play footy every week, there's still a game to watch and right now Tedesco and Woods are still wearing our jumper.

I also hope people realise that when they say "oh I am over this contract saga, just hurry up and move on" are actually fueling the fire, the media wouldn't reporting the lack of update EVERY SINGLE DAY if people weren't reading it every day and getting themselves into a tizz.

With the easter break we are now not going to hear anything for at least another 4 days, so the waiting game continues. I'm as frustrated as anyone about all this, but I have to keep reminding myself that patience is a virtue.

Been informed that matulino has signed and it's currently in the COP.

Great news. D

oes that mean Woods is in the COP with the dogs?

It probably means if Woods stays he will have some help in the middle of the park. Might help us keep Woods and Tedesco. I know I would like to see them stay

So would i. If this is correct our forward pack is really starting to take shape. McQueen, mautilino, woods, ava, sue, alioa. It hurts to say this but i hope lawrence can somehow be convinced to go to England with a job waiting for him when he comes back.
