What I can reveal is that the original contracts to woods and brooks have been pulled and are being restructured (based on years of contracts for woods and amount of dollars and years for brooks)

New players tigers have been in discussions with are Albert vete from the warriors and whare from Penrith. But I'm sure to hear more in the coming weeks about other players which I'll update in this thread.

I'm also hearing idris and kavin naq won't be on the books next year.

Nope he's in the mix but talks have halted with the coaching situation. Also believe they are interested in lillyman too but he will stay with warriors or go to England I believe.

I'm not sure on the McQueen situation either but couldn't imagine Ivan wanting to tie up 1.2 million there on him when there's better options out there. Lots is gonna happen over the next 4-6 weeks. Most of its will be positive from what I've seen

Young lawrence vs young tedesco = daylight, no comparison at all. Teddy could go on to be our best ever player. He could be the benji marshall talent that wins us another premiership. I know 10 is too long, but if the only issue with the contract is the 5 years then it should be a no brainer.

Cleary was incredibly astute in his signings at Penrith. He has a knack for identifying talent on a budget. I cannot wait for him to really start testing the market.

however i believe the cleary/cronk god father connection was started as a joke on twitter to see how far stuff with no basis could go

i have also been told by someone fairly reliable that our offer to tedesco was good moneywise but 2 years shy of what he is after

Most likely is. But would be good news for the Wests Tigers if true. I reckon you can all but lock in Nathan Cleary coming to west tigers to play if Ivan is successful over the remainder of this season and next anyways
