It's a been a long time guys. I'm back. Miss me?

These guys are all pretty solid and I still doubt they will part.

Leaving is really just the easy way out, no guarantees either way but also then could only be drawn back to playing together through rep teams.

I'm still optimistic (or nieve) that all four will stay and this is just gamesmanship and isaac is the blame for this little mini drama.

Ivan seems to be saying the right things… if they need a coach that helps them with headspace then he seems as good as any.
"Be the player your teammates want to play with" he seems like the coach you always wish you had.

TBH I was more liking the way the tigers were gonna line up for 2018 without Moses or woods. Better roster options on the open market then those 2 wannabe cap space hogging merchants. Hope he backflips on the backflip

Let's just wait and see. Unless you've got drum confirming otherwise, it's all we can do.

Looks like Moses is gonna backflip

Please tell me for a crap load less than $950k

He won't get anywhere near that.
Was offered $950 a season here until it was pulled by Cleary, supposedly signed with Parra of $300 a season less.
That's the max I would pay for him, with KPI's in place.

He was never offered anywhere near 950k if he was he would of signed last year. Media are just pulling figures out of their behinds. No club even on a 10 million cap can have 3 players occupying 30% of the cap

Well if you are so much in the know how much was Moses' contact worth for next year?

Honestly and in the real world,Moses is only worth 550k the same as Brooks for hyped up unproven players, yes they show potential but it hasn't been fully realised yet..Woods and Tedesco are proven rep players..I really think Moses and his manager should realise that the club is paying him overs to keep him here with his mates…

If we pay him anymore than Brooks, given how he has gone on we've got rocks in our head. Leave him to depart wherever. Agree with TT on this

Sadly for Moses he's shown his hand. His next best offer was 720k for 2 years. So Tigers would be mad to offer anything significantly more than that now. If anything I'd offer less now. Cleary has played this perfectly. There's plenty of better players on the open market no need to go all in on a guy who's shown he's all about him self.

I couldn't disagree more with posters saying that Moses is worth the same amount of $$ as Brooks or that Brooks is a better overall player.

Moses comes across as all about himself and isn't the most likeable bloke but his football is light years ahead of Brooks. Lets not forget that Brooks has had an extra 18 months in the top grade.

At the back end of last year, Moses showed that he is capable of leading a team around the park and able to dominate teams week-to-week in the right, settled environment. This year our club has been a basket case and he hasn't been able to show that consistency but neither has Brooks.

So for people to say that we're better off with Brooks who has shown he is characterised by more brain explosions then Benji Marshall, let alone control a football team week-to-week is seriously mind-blowing.

Funny how the player who people were calling to play SOO and even predicting would come close to last years Dally M is now no longer good enough to be at out basket case of a club.

He isn't very likeable but at the end of the day as long as his team mates like him i couldn't care less. I hope he back flips because i now have confidence that if he was to stay, we would be getting him at the right price under Cleary.

Having Brooks and Moses in the team makes it extremely difficult for our opponents. Against the Dragons, Moses was targeted because LJL provided little threat on the left.

Mate people are just upset at what appeared to be an immature reaction on his part (the release request).

I was pretty annoyed at him, but now I think the main priority is getting something decided quickly so we can move on, with or without the players in question including Mitch.

There is a fair bit of cash that other clubs are willing to pay, and I don't want us to get in a bidding war with a decent looking open market and the opportunity to hit reset.
