Here's the latest with JAC:

1. He's accepted the offer put forward to him from the Tigers (Best $$ wise compared to others)
2. Fullback bonuses included, (If he makes FB his own the deal would average out to $675,000 P.A)
3. 4 year deal starting in 2022 there ready to sign Nov 1 if deal with Melbourne not reached before.
4.Would be a lie to say if the club wasn't nervous that during this delay there are others trying to get in through the back door. Melbourne don't appear keen on James Roberts & Souths don't have the $$ to match our offer even with Lowes retirement.
5. No idea where Bulldogs name came up into this, no formal talks/offers presented last check.

2022 ...is 2021 off the table ??

2021 is 100% on the cards. Sorry didn't word that correctly. So to try avoid the speculation dragging on the whole off season (if it takes that long) back up plan is to sign him for 2022 & then work on the release.

Some of you have lost the plot, seriously. Focus on the GF, don't worry yourself about future of Addo-Carr and the endless musings and speculations of the media. It will all be resolved soon enough, and if he doesn't sign for the Tigers, we'll survive and nobody will be sacked.

I guarantee you if JAC doesnt come, there will be bleatings from the same demanding that Pascoe gets sacked.

Souths have AJ who is a left winger, Easts have Tupou who is a left winger, I should feel confident, but I read today that Parra and WestsTigers were the 2 hardest teams to deal with according to player managers, why is it we can't get our crap together

Why is it you believe the paper immediately when a comment is made?

Maybe Tigers are just being money conscious. Maybe a player manager or two has an axe to grind. Maybe it's all made up.

How did you come to that conclusion, where have I said that, you need to re read my posts. I said Rothfield could have made it up, and if this happens, big difference

No need to take it out on the Kiwis mate ...they won fair and square yesterday ....and I'm guessing many Australians will want Pascoe gone as well

No world beaters, currently depends on 3 things, JAC, Harry & if we can move along the big $$.
On a serious note Packer is still expressing mild headaches due to the last concussion.

To be honest,JAC always loved the WTs,the recruitment and retention at the time didnt know which way was up or down...he went on and made the most of his opportunity elsewhere, deservedly so...
I honestly think he always had the intention to come back to the club,it was a matter of an opportunity arising, now it has...hopefully he will be back in his rightful colours in the season opener 2021...:+1: :+1:

That's not good about Packer. He was going to get neurological tests done if the headaches persisted. Do you know if that has been done and any results. Hopefully things return to normal for him.

People have bagged Packer endlessly on here about his big money contract and injuries...is it true that he has very good leadership skills that he shows to the younger guys and he does a lot off field to make up for not being on field due to injuries..??

Pom any update on Joseph Suali ?

Madge is keen but honestly don't think that's the type of headache we need right now.
Heard some outrageous stories about his negotiation process, being very poorly advised.

Both to be confirmed in the very near future.

Pls no seyfarth

Any other promising juniors internal or external pushing for first grade next year?

Pretty ordinary that Packer is experiencing recurring headaches. Hope they get that right before allowing him to take the field again.

Packer should retire for his own long term health if this is an ongoing issue, believe he has been doing his masters in business admin should start utilizing those skill sets now.

While he hasn't been a great signing for us I hope he is ok, he seems like a determined guy it's just a shame we never got to see the best of him due to his body not holding up. All the best to him
