If it intrigues any of you

When asked has he 'signed a Heads of Agreement to go to the Tigers', JAC said no.

But that also he hadn't "really" spoken to his manager since Week 1 of the finals.

I'm still thinking Souths. But it would be nice to get him.

That's rubbish if you ask me...
Not talking to your manager for like 4 weeks when you are in the middle of a massive contract change.. Highly unlikely and more like a few times a week.

I think it was interesting that when he was asked about the Tigers Heads of Agreement, he took a long pause before answering no. There is not nothing there IMO.

Yeah good point. A manager is paid to work out your options, and then convey them to you. If they aren't speaking to you at all, then that can only be by your direction, and if JAC has directed that, he has not conveyed that publicly at all.

Something doesn't add up there.

I dare say nothing will be figured out until after origin. Then there’s no distractions and no excuses

And his 'No' was very adamant. I don't want to be accused of trying to read a person's demeanour and knowing the secrets of their soul, but if there was no HOA signed then wouldn't he just laugh it off, dismiss it as not true.

JAC brushed off most things to his manager, but the HOA he addressed it himself.

I think it makes the most sense that the HOA was looked at, possibly signed, and agreed to, and now he's thinking Souths so wants to move on from us.

That rings true to me as well. It also IMO explains the whole "Im just leaving it with my manager and he is telling me to just worry about my footy". Translation, Im leaving it to my manager & Souffs to try to work this out.

Or it could be that JAC and his manager know exactly what outcome they want (Souffs) and until that occurs, there is nothing to discuss and JAC can just "leave it to his Manager" and worry about football.

JAC won’t be at the club. Wayne grub Bennett has change his mind and will have cap space for him. JAC did agree to terms with tigers but now backfliped.

Hey you caught up.

I wonder what they're going to do now. There's not a heap of available talent out there at the moment but geez I don't want us to be spoon contenders.

That I don't know

Eh im not fussed. We arnt going to win next year anyways. 2022 Packer,,reynolds will be gone with maybe Mbye to. Then we can start doing something. If JAC gies to Souths then there forward pack will be lacking a lot of depth. Stupid by them if it is the case.

Withdraw, the offer. As I understand it from the LM case, whilst we had offer on table we couldn't use $$$ for any other possible signing. We are being used and dragging it out only hinders our recruitment of other players that want to be here. We loose them to others and are left with nothing.

He 100% signed something with us

Look at his response the question. Looks down, says ‘ahhhh’ and then ‘no’

Whether it was HOA, letter of intent or even just gave us his word he agreed to something

Are we still analysing his body language and text? Here’s one....if he comes out of the tunnel 11th during Origin, he is signing with us. 6th, Souffs, and 15th, Bulldogs.

Didn't you say in a post he had 100% signed with us?

Can't backflip if you have signed so he was never 100% coming to us
