There was a distinct lack of shoulder across the board, too many grapple type tackles, and throwing the arm out.So true Steve. They were horrible . Kepoa and Toa are state cup standard players plain and simple.

Just curious to hear peoples thoughts...And? Will have zero impacts on what position he plays next year.
An early miss tackle around halfway can often lead to a try as it started the rot.And the other key point is where you miss them. Big difference between missing one on halfway( although at times that can lead to a line break)vs inside the 10 on your own goal line.
And for all the slagging he got he rarely let us down. Solid finisher.
Missed tackles is an overrated stat. Maloney missed the most tackles almost every year he played NRL, yet he won everywhere he went.
We desperately need a couple of solid centersSo true Steve. They were horrible . Kepoa and Toa are state cup standard players plain and simple.
A lot of people have said it but it still hasn’t made him sign the papers hahaDid someone say Jackson Hastings? 😁
you run out of bubble wrap n get ya nickers in a twist?sure you 2 nancys played mostly out the back, lol,yet experts on tackle technic45angles.instead of tackling over the top. O my Captain my Captain HastingsAn early miss tackle around halfway can often lead to a try as it started the rot.
This happened a lot with the tigers this year. Simply put...if you miss a tackle, it puts strain on the rest of the team.
We also have a habit of running 45⁰ from both markers and basically back peddling. I was taught the first marker runs at right angles and be prepared to tackle around the legs whilst the second marker runs the 45. Things have changed obviously.
Now back to Jackson Hastings 👍
All that matters is that he doesn’t have a wrist injury so he can resign
A brain injury might be required for him to re-sign.All that matters is that he doesn’t have a wrist injury so he can resign
I would guess that he re-signs after Nov 1 when he goes to market only to realise that no other club sees him as a starting halfback either.A brain injury might be required for him to re-sign.
I think plenty will.I would guess that he re-signs after Nov 1 when he goes to market only to realise that no other club sees him as a starting halfback either.
Awesome to see him progressing.
i said it not so much as a dis to him but more that how many clubs are looking for a 7? Probably only Dogs and Knights.I think plenty will.
