At the Panthers they picked Staines over Turuva at fullback in NSW Cup.

I would prefer either over the alternative options.

Just think shuffling positions around would make things worse

I agree it has to be Staines. He doesn't offer a lot in attack but he will at least catch the high ball. Mason and Laulilii would be targeted big time by Saab, Garrick and Trbojevic, and that could absolutely kill their confidence. Plus I'd like to see those two playing cup and developing there for the rest of the year.
