Except each club has the same cap. Issac knows we won't pay top $$ for Tumeth or his fringe players. However I reckon he will see us as a dumping ground for his less talented.

I also do not blame Bula for signing with IM. We literally told his agent not to be an agent and did not plan around this. Unlike Adam Doueihi who signs with Moses after ALL THE CRAP the club was going through.. 🙁

Now Issac knows he can drain our cap. Galvin goes elsewhere, but each club gets about 9m. So Bula will be a sponge he can have here to soak up our cap while his other leaches can go to other clubs to drain them.
Yes, and were going to pay a little overs for Bula because he is our "good" fullback.

Bula would be great at 200m - 400m.

Didn't see much apart from an interest in Gout Gout and the female 800m runner.

Seems to have a good head on his shoulders; if he he's the next Bolt let's hope he stays that way.

This is him right? Seems unfair having four legs, but you know, inclusiveness....

I just think he doesn’t seem push up and get involved as much as Teddy and Walsh and therefore doesn’t have the impact on a game. The stats may say differently.

It may well be that it’s because Bula doesn’t have the elite talent around him to make him as effective. Maybe our players can’t get the ball to him? Or Bula is more heavily marked as he is the obvious target?
