It’s not really about money to me. LG left for a lot less. If Bula leaves for the dogs it’ll be the same thing. Maybe not happy with their development as players and are going to clubs with more resources to make sure they succeed?

Love Sione & AD, but we need to be able to retain a lot more if want success

No, the club won't do anything that Mosess will use against it. The club is shit scared of Moses and the way he controls the press and narrative... Bula is good as gone.... if he really wanted to stay he would've signed one of the 2 contracts we offered him... Moses is trying to get as much as he can out of the Dogs.. 3 years locked in working on TPA's to finalise... sorry but that's what I'm told by someone who works in the kennel

They have offered him a 2 year deal right? So he has the chance to give success a crack with the current playing squad and if it doesn't pan out, then he is free to look elsewhere. I dont know what else the club is meant to do. Ill be disappointed if he doesn't atleast give it a chance.

No… he has no better offer otherwise he would have taken it ..

He is trying to get more money out of WT…even though they already have the best offer on the table…

Those dickheads at the Kennel think they are getting every player that comes on the market !

I thought the only thing possibly saving us is the dogs have already recruited a few elite fullback juniors that might clash with Bula’s arrival.

It could already be signed & sealed but the club is holding onto an announcement, maybe leading into the Leichhardt trial??

Or it's in the cooling off period & club will only announce once it has passed??

Or the club/player/agent are happy to leave it until after the first month of the season to see Bula's form after another pre-season of development???

Let’s hope it’s the first two. Think the third one plays into Moses’ hand like the Galvin situation to mess us around and impact our season.

A big NO to sloan from me. He has glimpses of brilliance, but there's a reason he isnt starting at the dragons

The bit I don’t understand is that if he has signed with the Dogs then it would’ve been registered by now. The TPAs have nothing to do with an agreement between club & player, also has nothing to do with club sponsors. Gus would’ve had that contract registered at the Nrl before the ink was dry. I don’t doubt they would try & sign Bula but I do doubt that anything has been agreed to

If players can’t see through the BS there is not much we can do about it.
The Bulldogs love to pump up their own tyres like they a glamour club where all players get a fair go and all players improve immensely.
It’s all BS I think there a real possibility we finish above them on the NRL ladder in 2026.
If that happens there will be egg on the face of quite a few.

100%. Bulldogs have a history of chewing you up and then quickly spitting you out. Mahoney, Sexton, Curran. Hopefully players start to pay attention to it. I’m optimistic of our chances this year too just critical of our younger retention is all.

Bula would massively improve the Dogs attack.

I will be shocked if bula stays at tigers

How can he sign with the dogs the mutual options don't expire till mid-May, he can talk to other clubs but that's it, Tigers could just take up the club option so no deal can be signed elsewhere until we pass on it.
