however according to them dogs are likely to sign Aaliyah Bula to development deal.

I think the part about delivering Bula to the Dragons is BS - But i have no doubt Isac Moses is trying to use the situation to save Flanno (Flanno is a dead man walking). If i was Bula i wouldn't be impressed being remotely connected to something like this.

I think that's a recruitment Dummy from the Dogs.
Nothing but an insurance plan for the way I suspect things play out.
- Bula doesn't extend,
We trigger his option at the death to keep him here as we have no replacement for next year.
- Dogs keep Tracey for another year and try trade to get Bula early, not neccesarily to us
(Using Tracey, maybe Xerri also)

Worst case for them, Bula comes 27 and they move Tracey on a year early or play him in the
Centres / Utility. There's no shortage of options for Tracey
- We're painted into a bit of a corner though...

Hopefully winning turns him around,
I don't think he's as comfortable in the WT's environment as some might want him to be.

Everyone knew Tedesco was going to be special even playing for us when we were mere plodders. Can't say the same about Bula .

Tedesco scored 50 try’s for us and had about another 50 try assists. He was on a completely different plane to Bula.

Why would issac want people to think the doggies arent interested? It its counter productive to negotiations if trying to drive up ones price.
