Gut wrenching.
Very hard to watch. It's progressed so quickly. Hearing him speak like that, I feel like it wasn't that long ago everything seemed normal.

Wayne Bennett seemed rattled in the presser. He did disarm the situation with some humour though. It shows why he is the GOAT when it comes to coaching - genuine love, care and ability to communicate with people.

I have terminal pancreatic cancer , I know exactly what lies ahead for this poor young man , he is in serious trouble with no real out come of positive news , he will be in a bad way but support will help him navigate his journey, and ease the pain and struggle he will face , until you are put in this position with a very bad outcome you will never understand the struggles , it’s very very hard , he is terminal just time dictates it , mine was 12 to 18 months last august , his from November til now is sad and I don’t know how long he will last but I don’t think it’s more than 12 months and I’m not saying that to be nasty just fact he is in serious trouble , I feel for his family so much , it’s so fkking sad

Mark Geyer said he spoke to him a few months ago and he was in much better condition. He must really be deteriorating.
I thought he didn't want to speak because of emotions - not because he can't..
That's nuts how far he's into it.

Danica was a bit of a mess talking about it on her poddy with Freddy and Joey yesterday.
I think Liam Knight lived with him for a bit, So I reckon they'd be good mates.

Just saw the interview with Danica - I was shocked at the progression. Can only imagine how scary it must have been when the symptoms started to take hold.
Strangely just didn't want a bar of watching footy tonight.
