Reports the Dogs have signed Fifita for big $$$, and won't be able to keep all their forwards.

I believe Graham is off contract. Would be a good player to target.

Thoughts?

If the dogs snag Fifita for massive coin then I reckon Souths will get Graham to replace Burgess. Souths need outside backs though not forwards so they may look at those options (I think Ferguson already has a hand shake deal for when he can return to the NRL)

I'd definitely sign him, experienced lnternational that has great ball playing abilities, good defender, plenty of ticker & mongrel doesn't take a backward step and appears to have some leadership qualities. What's not to like. Weren't we close to signing him before???

Can't we just get Fifita back?

Wouldn't be surprised if Graham ends up at Souths as Burgess' replacement.

Well after yesterday we sure as heck need some sort of big gun to help in the pack to provide muscle in attack and defence.

Keefy is due back soon but we are still short. We won't cut it with playing the likes of Thompson, Blair, Patterson etc in the same team.

James Graham might be an answer but would prefer a big strong rip-in rampaging prop instead of a smart one!

The best prop in the NRL
- Makes huge meters
- Great defender
- Has a very skilful passing game - so much so the bulldogs attack has been based around a prop
- Doesn't play State of Origin - So you get an extra 2 or 3 games plus he is worn down by it
- Agressive (Just ask Billy)
- Hates Billy Slater (who kicked Skando in the head)
- As he doesn't play origin he doesn't cost as much o reputation as Fifita
- With Taupau, Galloway and Woods we would have the best front row in the game

8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Graham

14\. Galloway
15\. Tapau
16\. Gavet
17\. Brown

Thats a monster prop rotation..

I would seriously go full bore at him… He is a perfect fit.

I'm leaning towards Souths getting him, as its obvious Rusty has something structured with 3rd party via England. It would make sence for them to sign him on little while we would have to pay market value.

What does everyone think he is worth? What about Kasiano? Is he on the outer too?

FTR, Fifita is not worth $3M over 4\. No Prop is!

No point having good front rowers if your back rowers are so ineffective.

We'd have to pay double market value for him to want to come here based on yesterday's performance

We need someone like him desperately , but after signing Woods we can't afford to spend that much on two props

Yep - graham would be great, but it's hard for WT to compete with a club who offer an apartment looking over the harbour, red carpet events, Armani suits and coffee with the Gladiator…. Oh and more money.

Let's hope James loves his working class roots...

Errr weve already signed next years front row marquee player…several weeks ago

Why would he come here...he could probably take his pick of half a dozen other clubs...Manly desperate for props

We're not going to sign anyone decent anytime soon. We're in the same position we were in in 01-02 after the Hoppa and drugs saga. The clubs name was dragged through the mud, and Sheens came in, totally focused on the juniours and whipped the club back into shape. While the circumstances are different in 2014 the result is the same, no one decent will look in our direction. Someone has gotta take this club by the scruff of the neck like Sheens did and build us from scratch.

And if it wasnt for Sheens we probably never would have won a GF.
Yes he did fade away at the end and lose his mind with the team selection and P!ssed some good players away but we should never forget the good he did for us too.

Back to the subject, Blair was our most expensive sighing in yonks and there wont be another yonk in yonks - if that makes any sense

I thought graham and burgess hated each other, hence why graham was dropped from World Cup team for game 1?

Could be a little awkward?
