How about they just play footy instead of melting down every year about other players coming and going … I’m pretty sure 90 percent of them came from somewhere else themselves, considering we can’t produce a local junior to save ourselves …

Classy. The way he holds the ball up reminds me of Benji. His combo in the few games he played with Latu was next level. And Galvin really thought he couldn't learn how to play in the halves from one of the best to ever do it 🙄

Even that little jinking step at the line has Benji written all over it.

Always wanted to go back to the Panthers when he was with us...now he knows he just aint good enough after they dumped him again and he is actually making a solid contribution at the Raiders.

That will be on us if they do. We’ve had ample time to extend him. But for some reason prioritised guys like Turuva over him.

Very true. Though with P.N.G having unlimited money maybe hes been offered a deal and hes waiting till Nov 1 to see how much he can get.

How do we know that ? Just because he hasn’t signed an extension …doesn’t mean they delayed offering him one ..

Maybe he and his brother want to see their value on the open market

What value could Latu have atm? He hardly plays decent minutes and when he does, it’s not in his preferred position. His situation his entirely on the club. In Sam’s case, he would have a bit more leverage, and you could argue it’s been his choice. But I still think it’s on the club for him too.

What value could Latu have atm? He hardly plays decent minutes and when he does, it’s not in his preferred position. His situation his entirely on the club. In Sam’s case, he would have a bit more leverage, and you could argue it’s been his choice. But I still think it’s on the club for him too.

We can both speculate all we want … neither of us know what the club has offered or not ..

the effect it’s had is severe though ,,,wouldn’t you say ? No one seems to be playing anywhere near their best … this impacts poorly on themselves but mostly their coach whom they profess to love ..

Yeah i agree....it seems.its just too hard for us to have a season with no mid season disruption...everyone on the same.page for a.piddly 12.months

As we both know ..it’s a long season and something will always come along that can be latched onto should you choose, that can be pointed to as a reason to justify under-performance.

Yes… their on field leader leaving is a big deal ..im not going to underplay that … it was originally supposed to happen in 18 months time though so still there were campaigns to fight through together in the meantime… it wasn’t like Galvin who was there one day and gone the next …

They havnt signed him yet we can assume they want to and you can assume we are not /wont be his only option.
