OFFICIAL Jarome Luai - #295

What happened to the Benji we saw at the start of the season? Back then it was "my way or the door."

Luai should have simply been paid out and moved on. Instead, the situation has been allowed to fester and has now become an open sore for the club

Hasn't he done that by moving him on next season - not in Luais plan?
Anything more than that would not sit well with players here or any club. There are players at every club that have committed to other clubs next season. We are not immune.

Yes but how players have done the PR stunt that Luai has done.

Are 'they' spruiking one team...team first... im here for life..blah blah

Rightly ir wrongly especially as hes our captain and.senior.player...it has an affect.on those.around him...it always does and in most workplaces
This is why i dont understand why he is still in our leadership group. He was barking prders at the players in the Dogs game, he tried as hard as he could but it just looked like noone was paying attention to him.

the effect it’s had is severe though ,,,wouldn’t you say ? No one seems to be playing anywhere near their best … this impacts poorly on themselves but mostly their coach whom they profess to love ..
It’s purley on the players , I could understand it may have been a week playing poor but they been playing poor for much longer . Zero excuses from the players and club for it to affect their performances for this long . One week / one game max it should affect onfield

It creates problems for our team,
He is supposed to be the leader of our team but the only thing they know is he does not really give a sh"t,
Cause he has just got to put up with our team for another couple of months,
And move on,
And our club was great for him and his family Helping him in Securing his financial future.

It is small potatoes but the Govt did play the rugby league card very well. They knew how big it is up there and using as leverage was a clever political move.
Step one has gone smoothly but I think there’s going to be a few roadblocks along the way.
Albo’s team should have to give up a Duncan or a Mitchell. We gave up a so called Marquee
