Taylor must be doing the media rounds as well. Im glad they put Simona in front of the Fox camera's for PR purposes.
Just heard Taylor on Fox Sort news saying that he was happy with the trial. As they were able to put a few things they had been working on at training into practice. It was a short snippet. He must have been referring to the first 10 mins..I guess.

Not much of note, just happy to get everyone out on the park etc. Will have more senior players on the park next week.

I bet none of them will be very favourable to our club. Never are. We are the whipping boys of the comp on and off the paddock. The way things are heading it is starting to look like WT have a limited future in the club's current state. Starting to get a bit depressing these days. A bit of good news wouldn't go astray that is for sure.
 
Well if we keep offloading players hand over fist, not replacing them with anyone of any great quality yet we still can't get under the cap. Clubs with bottomless pits of cash circling the only 2 or 3 decent players we do have…...yeah bud, the future is lookin' rosy!
 
But as far as Simona goes , the guy can be brilliant on his day but can anyone honestly look back on 2016 and say he played good .. he was very lazy is most of his games , particularly in defence . Although on paper he looks great i think his recent performances can be replaced by MCK . Id love to see Rankin shoped around instead but in reality there isnt another stupid club around to want a bar of him :frowning:

No worse off than the Raiders, Knights , Panthers etc.. i totally understand the corrupt system but while us supporters follow them the TV figures alone will ensure we are always around
 
There is NO equal playing field in NRL in regards to the salary Cap and TPA's.
TPA's must be included in the Cap otherwise it will give some teams (eg Broncos, Cowboys ect one team towns) a significant advantage. Teams such as the Tigers, Penrith and Parramatta will always suffer due to lack of big business support. If a big company is willing to stump up say $5m imagine the team they could buy. Teams who have only $500k in TPA's are so disadvantaged.
They must go to a better system (points per player based on experience and rep honours) and a discount for junior players.
This irritates me no end!!!!
Why are the Tigers (and Penrith and Parra) continually disadvantaged while teams like the Roosters, Dogs and Storm bleed our teams at no additional cost.

We are plenty worse off than the Raiders and Panthers mate. They have stacked rosters and no doubt still have plenty of spare moolah to throw at any other top-shelf players that come onto the market, ours included.

I have it on good Authority Simona is coming up to the Titans that's why i had dummy spit last week , i don't know anything about the big 4 .

I have a feeling we will keep the big 4 your referring to but it's only a feeling i have , i'm hoping Pascoe has shown them the plan behind this madness and they can see the reason for doing what there doing cause this gives you no confidence in a Club when they shop you around….it's becoming all to common these Days with Clubs around the grounds.

Who knows. For all we know they could be shopping Simona around to free up cash to give someone an upgrade for this year to sweeten the deal. As crazy as this club is at times, i don't doubt for a second that Pascoe doesn't hold the big 4 in the highest regard and makes it clear to them they are the future of the club.

Mapesone may the dark horse to come into as first grade centre. He is a promising back and an accurate goalkiicker.
