OFFICIAL Jeral Skelton #294

[Vicious]

If we do not sign better depth players than Patrick Herbert and Tino Tavana we will be in big trouble when injuries happen.

[orange&black]

Weve got plenty of large wingers...but the game has moved on
We need taller... more athletic... pacier wingers.
Look at Roosters /Dolphimns/
Dont fall off trees ,but thats what we shld be pursuing rather than another 105kg unstoppable beast from 10 metres out
Yesterdays hero
Panthers are getting there too with To.o

Agreed. Gone are the days when wingers were just those blokes who did very little all game but stand at the end of the backline. Modern day wingers are XFactor match winners. Look at the likes of Marky Mark, Coates, Jenkins, Cobbo, Young, Tupou, DWZ, etc.
Needless to say that we unfortunately don’t have one of these types of wingers!!

That is why Fletcher Hunt should be a big target for us.
He probably doesn’t want leave Newcastle, but they will likely spend big money to keep Bradman Bes which would leave not much for someone like Fletcher Hunt.

Our admin has gotten worse in the past year

Sean is not an NRL-level club CEO. He has no serious leadership skills and very little Rugby League knowledge. You don't give a bloke the top job unless you want us to fail.

I think he can if they hired the right people within the club around him, seems like they have not

Tavana is not a depth player.

Must be a 5 year plan?

[Muffstar]

Where is this club on letter us know who is going and thank them gee it’s still very poorly run , Shaun needs to pull his finger out and get things done a bit better

He is probably focusing on the soccer teams we have.

[Merlot]

Richo took Shaun under his wing for what ever reason?
Not sure if he is cut out to fix the WT's
Would do a fine job sitting on PVL's knee spouting a sermon, his corporate jib is outstanding

How did everyone express their negativity when the forum was down?

all fortune telling is hit n miss , as is Jeral

[happy_tiger]

Unfortunately Jeral only got 50 % of the game .....if only he could of defended far better

Learning how to defend and morphing with Speedy Gonzales and you'd have a winger worth extending.

Unfortunately miracles don't happen at the Tigers.

[Merlot]

Jeral has his worth at a price

Skelton going back to the Dogs

Makes sense, I remember Gus was upset when he left

[WTTOM]

It's a shame losing him we he played great everytime Benji put him in the lineup (which was occasionally). He gave us some actual strength on the wing which we lack with some of our other wingers. I would honestly say he performed better than Turuva and I'm surprised Benji didn't put him the lineup more.
