Jock Madden

3. Doueihi
6. Brooks
7. Madden
13. Hastings

Is the only way to fit them all.

Someone will need to go and I don’t see Brooksy leaving until the end of his contract.

I dont care if Jock moved on and got an opportunity elsewhere he will always be behind the others...why would you play the best organizing halfback we have had in a decade thats controlling the team well into the 13....put AD there especially if Jacko /Luke start firing....

The fact that people in this forum are still willing to give Brooks a chance after 8 years, with this fairy tale reason that he's never had a proper run cause of miscoaching, is absolutely mental. If he was good enough, he would have proven himself already. It would have been OBVIOUS where to play him. But since he's average and ineffective, cannot kick and barely dents the line, no one has ever known what to do with him because there isn't anything you can do. He's just not that good. The moment this club lets him go of Brooks will be one of the most important days in the clubs history.

Also for the Brooks fans: Madden and Brooks are both average. Madden is Brooks 2.0. Our best halves are Doueihi and Hastings. It's so obvious.
That’s a bit harsh turkey?

Ivan Cleary knew exactly how to play Brooks. Dally M half of the year proves how correct he was which is not a surprise considering how well the Panthers play.

It’s not about fitting them all in though, it’s about winning.
Jacko at 7 and and then you can fit the rest in if you like, until someone takes the seven from him. And I don’t see the others doing that.

We have a comedian...
Well not really,AD has a lot going for him talent wise, however he still has to get to 100% fitness and earn his spot, wherever Madge decides is best for the team...he is also another serious injury away from getting shopped around, and I hope he doesnt, but reality is he has had a fair bit of time off due to 2 severe leg injuries on the same leg...
The game can be cruel and we definately need a plan B for all our top players, just look at what injuries have done to our season so far...
The good thing is our teams we have been fielding as makeshift sides have been playing for 80 committed minutes and I have been proud of their efforts....

I agree, we have to find a way to keep them all.

We developed Madden from a kid to a first grader. He must be kept.

Yes mate, meant similar to how Papenhuyzen wasn't really a nrl player when he went to storm and storm developed him.

Madden has come a long way with us. Remember watching him in cup for years and has improved a lot.
Contract year 🤔
