Congratulations to JR on his performance today. I was very happy when we signed him, due to his size, height, defence, ability under the high ball and adequate speed. With his limited game time at The Weststigers due to injury, I have been very impressed with his ability to offload in tackles to get the 2nd phase play going. I always rated him, but can't recall him ever having this dimension in his game. I have no doubt JR will continue to improve through out the season. A good purchase along with Adam Blair and Tom Humble. Go Weststigers!

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but with the confidence they will gain from today's game, and the depth (yes depth, now that they have a bit more size to offer in the forward pack) I honestly and truly believe that this team can be a premiership winning team if they begin to stick.

They held a team to nil, yeah I know they had their injury problems, but we didn't have 2 of our best defenders in Heighno and Ellis, and lost another 13 minutes in with Farah.

Great effort by the team, hope they can well and truly build on this momentum, and good luck to all selected in rep duties, I may very well be cheering for New Zealand on Friday haha!

I said at the time we signed Reddy he would be good,I thought it would be at 1,but with Blake out of form I am happy to have him at centre,he would have come fairly cheap too,parra didn't offer him a contract,next game should be a beauty.

I read posts earlier in the year saying he is suspect in defense …. I haven't seen evidence of that yet.
