for mine John Grant is a clever signing. He would not of cost a lot and has a great potential upside. It is the type of signing that well run clubs make. I remember we signed TNT from club rugby as well, barring injury he was a fantastic pick up.

I personally think John Grant will make it at NRL level as a winger. It may take him half a year in NSW cup to get used to league but I think he will.
I have watched him a few times, he has great size, fantastic pace and good positional sense (in rugby he is at the right place at the right time). If he has the work ethic and desire he will make it. I for one would welcome his pace in the top grade and look forward to how Benji and others could make full use of his pace.
