Jordan Marshall???

Does anyone know who (if anyone) Jordan Marshall is playing for at the moment? We were led to believe he now has a WT contract so what gives? Is he playing park football in Balmain? Not playing but training? In a squad?

Anyone have their finger on the pulse and can shed some light on this?

the sceptic in me believes this might be a top up for benji outside the salary cap ??

that said, I hope the kid can play and is a genius, he is going to have plenty of unfair pressure and comparisons coming his way if he is any good at all.

Maybe Goose. There was a long discussion on the merits of Jordan being offered a contract. As I understand it, he now has one so my sole interest at the moment is whether he is currently playing or training with anyone and if so, who?

The article said "Jordan will train with the under-20s" but I haven't heard of him being anywhere near Concord…. I will double check tomorrow night.

Surprise..He is there but he is not training with the main U 20's squad….he is training with the second string 20's which is about another 20-25 players. As far as playing with any team I don't know.

It wouldn't be much of a top up because the most he would be getting would be around $3,000 if that.

The NYC salary cap is $250,000 for the top 20 players so that's an average of $12,500 each (his defiantly not in this group) and $50,000 for players outside the NYC top 20 who qualify and can play in the NYC and that's about another 25 players so that's an average of $2,000.
