OFFICIAL Jordan Miller #289

Solid debut from the young man and whilst he did look gassed a few times, it is a faster pace in first grade and he did not let the team down.

The run would have done him good with knowledge of what he needs to work on to play regular first grade next year. Remembering he is still a 18 year old kid who has just played against hardened First grade NRL players.

Would love to see him run off the back fence when he gets his fitness up to where it needs to be as he was not given the ball on a run up yesterday and was jumped on straight away. I did like how he was looking for the offload though.

For such a young side we had a dig and I for one was very happy to get the win and put the 9 losses behind us and hope we can back it up against Canberra next Sunday.

Good to see the coaching staff give him a run and not expose him by leaving him on too long… hopefully this give Jordan a real taste of what he can become…. And he works hard to achieve his potential and becomes a beast alongside Fainu…. If Stefano had any brains he should see what great potential we have with these sort of guys and how he can become a real forward leader for this team

He looks like the giant marshmallow man.
But if he turns some of that into muscle and gets fit he could be the Hulk.
It’s good to finally see him in NRL and make a contribution.
I agree . But even with clear baby fat , he was able to make metres , get his arms free , and win the collision more often than not .
When he grows into his body , he could be anything .

Big off-season , and a few more starts off the bench this year will build his confidence , I would put him next to Bateman in the off season he will get him fit and harden him up , good young prospect

I don’t want to get too excited from a few minutes in one game …but he could turn into a behemoth with that body size …

When the GC hooker tried to sneak over from dummy half, I was a little worried that it was Jordon who was going to have to make the tackle as it was pretty late in the half. But he did his job and held him up. His overall performance was as good as we could have hoped for an 18 year old prop on debut, who has only played a handful of cup games.
