There is no win-lose scenario for Miller - the only matter before arbitration will be potential minimal financial compensation for unfair dismissal...

That's why Lee and the Brydens ambulance chasers are sniffing around for their 20% of .....??

It will be either be a negligible $$ amount above what he was already paid out - or an abject loss for Miller and he will be in debt to Brydens!!

He is a free-agent and has all the opportunity to find a new club & live up to his potential - but I daresay he won't ever be NRL level!

Lee is specualting Nofa's ridiculous one-off good faith $300K pay-out was a precedent he can leverage!

Surely they didn’t really sack him for being 40 minutes late when he was required to go the cop station ?

Guess we’ll never know until there is an out of court settlement…

The truth of the problem's with us will probably never be disclosed,i sincerely hope for this young blokes future that he makes the most he can if another opportunity in the NRL comes along because i have seen far too many players like him throw it all away.Hopefully he get's another opportunity.

apparently there is a hearing going ahead soon … not sure whether this will be made public or not …

interesting Lee H agreed to be his lawyer … he mightn’t know much about running an RL club, but he didn’t make his lawyer money taking on cases he didn’t expect to win …

Most likely outcome is an out of court settlement… apparently Miller was on 300k a year next 2 years 😳

That is big money for a young bloke especially for one who has not made a name for himself,as i said i wish him well if he plays again.

That’s an absurd amount of money for a 19 year old middle forward……
