Roberts-Davis and Cleary haven’t been charged with firearms offences either, so that’s probably got a bit to do with it.

Seriously though how dumb do you have to be to post a video of yourself firing a gun when you are unlicensed? You could argue JAC didn’t know the law but Latrell certainly should, it’s part of the licensing test.
