Seriously why did we let this guy go? Just been watching the Storm v Panthers game and I still can't believe we had him and let him leave. JTs decision to play Rankin on the wing ahead of him beggars belief. We are going to regret this for a long, long time.
It's why I can't understand all the bad press we've had lately regarding JTs sacking. He obviously didn't have a freaking clue. The only problem I have is that it should have been much earlier. This is a coach who thought that Kyle Lovett could play centre. Kyle freakin Lovett.
I keep thinking of what could have been, Nofo and JAC on the wings, Suli and Idris in the centres. And JAC wanted to stay. Sheesh.

JT chose Jordan Rankin over JAC. Says it all really.
JT should never be employed in any NRL capacity ever again. I wouldn't even let him sell pies at ANZ.

Quality Coaches do get the best out of there players it's no coincidence Korrobette killed it down there.

I don't know what happens down there. Guys who couldn't tackle an 7 year old with a limp at Concord suddenly become sound defenders down in Melbourne. Either there defensive patterns are better or everyone forgets that they're dodgy defenders.

Anyway I wonder if he's still planning to return to us….......

I don't see it as optimism. It's the first time in 5 years that we have total freedom to do what we want with our roster with nothing holding us back. I don't see where the mess is. The biggest worry the club has is retaining Tedesco. If we do that, we're in great shape imo.

It all comes down to solid coaching. Work out someone's flaws and then coach it out of them as best you can. I read somewhere that JAC said this was his hardest preseason ever and that he is training a lot more at the Storm that he ever did with us (guess it was a bit hard to in reserves). That says a lot.
