Round 16 v Penrith - 53 mins, 7 runs only 37 metres. 39 tackles but he missed 6! WORST IN TEAM.
Round 17 v Manly - 33 mins. 7 runs 65 metres. Only 15 tackles buT 2 INNEFECTIVE.
Round 18 v Rabbits- 38 min. 8 runs 64 metres. 23 tackles but 2 MISSED. WORST OF THE FORWARDS.
Round 19 v Melbourne- 14 mins. 0 runs! 12 tackles 1 MISSED.

Bloke was defensively weak passenger and a plodding passenger in attack. Just as he was every game he played for the Magpies. He's not up to first grade.

Stick to your stats, I'll stick to watching the game.

I’m different to most on here, I don’t give a flying stuff about some of our players leaving. They were part of the team that got flogged in every game for the last 10 weeks.

I reckon more should be let go.

I'm very disappointed with what I've read on here but would like to understand the process more, so basically want to know if Hartigan's recruitment procedure is under the club's directive or not.

I suppose it goes something like this ...
We want you at the Tigers next year and are willing to meet your pay demands.

Who are you... Wests Tigers? No, I want 20% more.

Ah, OK we will up it to 20% more. All good?

Thanks was actually hoping someone knew if we have a certain policy and what it normally entails. Things like, whether time limits are enforced based on individual players and their priority to club, as such. Or what time is usually afforded in negotiation proceedings. Those type of things.
I understand people might not be privy to this type of information(with WT) but thought perhaps someone had some personal experience or knowledge of it.

We cant recruit ANYONE in their prime of any quality without paying significant overs
We need to consolidate the few good ones we have,even if it means paying a premium
Its a really thin market as weve discovered

I want to know how Packer got points in every game he played..that comeback game where he played 13 mins had 1 run and got sent to the sin bin then suspended for 2 weeks was a ripper..

Packer is obviously well respected amongst the playing group

This sounds pretty funny in context. I don't want to lose Aloiai. The Packer and Reynolds signings have killed us though. I mean I bet all the players look up to those guys. That's where I'd want to get too as well.

I’m confident Burton can win you NRL games and wins will help solve that key issue.

Spoke to Josh today and showed him what I posted. He said it was fine and he’s not embarrassed by it because it’s all true. He also said if the Club feel they’ve acted appropriately then they shouldn’t feel uncomfortable about it either. For those honestly doubting the club implementing these deadlines etc, feel free to meet me at a home game next year and I’ll show you the correspondence between Josh’s management and the club. I’ve been a member of this forum for over 10 years, I’m not one to make things up.

I completely agree. The big question is will be become an elite 6 ? Is it better to bet on AD ?

I don't have a problem with throwing around that sort of money but you can't do it a lot. You only get so many rolls of the dice.

I completely agree. The big question is will be become an elite 6 ? Is it better to bet on AD ?

I don't have a problem with throwing around that sort of money but you can't do it a lot. You only get so many rolls of the dice.

It may backfire, but would we be any worse off than where we are now? Chasing Jimmy the jet and front rowers leaking to forums. FGS!
