Unlikely Penrith will re-sign him, JAC off to Storm means we need a winger.

Josh Mansour IMO is a player that can benefit us quite well, he's solid in defense, he's great in the air, he makes great metres through his hit-ups and runs the ball strongly!

I can't see it happening but would be a good signing.

What's your thoughts? Would you want him at the club?
 
Would be an awesome signing, but knowing our penchant/ policy for only signing fringe first graders , most unlikely .
 
We could not afford JAC, so there is no chance on Mansour, but if we could, yes he would be a very handy man to have out on the wing. A bigger and better version of Nofo

If we couldnt afford/retain JAC then ManSOUR is out of our budget.
He aint gonna take a pay cut to play with a bunch of guys who on their best day prove nothing more than ordinary

I don't think it's that we couldn't afford JAC but i think we put a budget on him and Storm were prepared to pay overs and unfortunately he left.

If Farah leaves and Harry is still on board I don't think money will be an issue, but it depends what Mansour will be asking (300 K and 150K TPA) should get the job done and that's most we should offer!
 
Nice thought but won't happen unless the Panthers drop him to the NSW Intrust Super Cup side as we normally only pick up players that are predominately playing at this level!!
 
He's one the best 4-5 wingers in the comp, but I'd rather spend that money (he'd want $300k plus I imagine) in the forwards and go with a kid or journeyman on the wing.

Problem there is spotting the talent and then fighting hard to retain them
One of the Biggest struggles we have atm

Even if Farah finishes up, I would hate to see those funds wasted on a high price winger. He is a good player, and believe that he can cover fullback, can he also play in the centres?

I would like to see our limited funds spent on the likes of Carlin Anderson, Jacob Gagan, Brenko Lee, Richie Kennar, Charlie Taylor.
 
Mansour is better then those 5 combined. We have a good chance of getting him if farah goes (we can only pray). He is from penrith we have ex panthers grant and taylor signed this year who were genuine quality players. We have pascoe ex panthers and we need a winger plus he is from the west abd oocation means a bit for these blokes as dont have to move
 
We have to start assuming Farah is here until the end of 2017\. I still think we could afford someone like Mansour. I reckon wing is a key position where we have struggled in for a long time.

Either target someone like JAC and retain him or go out and purchase someone like Mansour.
 
Mansour would be great, but too expensive.
Hopefully farah will finish up at season end.
Don't resign others ( cheerington, grant, peni, hunt, milone)p, halatau,
Use money to upgrade and extend tedesco (PRIORITY), Curtis rona, Ethan Lowe, jarrod wallace.
This fills our desperate areas, winger, edge back rower, bib aggressive forward.
Ballin and liddle hookers.
Re sign sue, ET, then squad numbers as required
 
Awhh man, what a dream come true that would be.
This guy is THE BEST winger in the NRL.
Runs the ball like a forward.

Lose one Leb (Farah) and gain a new one (Mansour)
All for it. If possible.
500k though….?
