Obviously Hodgson has come over to start coaching us, and rumours are that we have be signing Josh Reynolds as well to play 5/8.

What are your thoughts on him? He has been around the NRL now for a while, but couldn't really remember his qualities, or how he plays at 5/8. Is he a runner, can he put players through gaps?

He’s a wonderful player, brings great energy and success everywhere he goes. You should definitely sign him, he’s a keeper.

He is a competitor and would be great in esl, he gets under his opponents skin a lot, similar style to Blake Austin also has a great combination with Russel Packer and Moses Mbye all of whom can come as a package.

Fantastic player who loves the cold, you will win a cup with JR. I’d suggest you start a grass roots campaign to get the club to sign him at all costs. West’s would probably chick in a international prop if you can loosen the “ criminal record” thing at the boarder.

Further to that , we also have an absolutely dynamic spine player named Moses Mbye you might be interested in. Ex Qld origin representative, current captain and forum favourite. He’s on about AUD$950k which sounds a lot but when you convert it to GBP he’s sensational value.

In all honesty, I think he would be great over there. His high energy and running game would suit the Super League.

I think the Benji rumours were blown out of proportion, we approached him but nothing like the figures that were mentioned.

Wonder if he’ll go over though. Didn’t he turn down some offers from England already? He’s got a new Mrs who has a kid and a business too. Maybe Hodgo will be the deciding factor

No luck with injuries last couple of years but when he played always gives 100%. He should do well in ESL.
