This should mean we keep Nofa. His asking price with some cap space is not too high. He’s coming into his prime now. Hopefully we can find a happy medium as you don’t overpay wingers.

This won't change the offer for Nofa.

Great news, and sensible.

The club has put a value on Nofa and I don't see them moving much from that valuation. That is how recruitment is now managed at the club.

A breath of fresh air. I’m extremely impressed with how Hartigan does things.

So am I, it will probably lead to a few more stories about us not negotiating with players etc but it is the way forward for us.

Alot of unfair criticism on here about Josh Reynolds. I believe he would have had a lot to offer next year for us with a full off season injury free. There's no doubt injury has plagued his stay here and has never had a fair go at it.

Luke Brooks on the other hand, pretty much injury free... Done nothing for years.. I wish Hull had taken him off our hands instead.

Unfair Criticism for Josh Reynolds?
Ironically enough, You make it sound as if Luke brooks has been blessed for years with a stable coach... stable board and spoilt with an abundance of talent on our edges.. forward pack, and spine.
Potentially, Jrey going to super league could be the very thing he needs.

I think he will do well over there, that's for sure. Brooks has had enough to shine and hardly has. He is a bog average player and that's why he couldn't sign a deal with us fast enough years ago.

Strongly disagree about brooks, the time he has had at the tigers has been filled with major issues and dramas.
As for Jrey, I do agree, I think he will go very well in super league

There’s a lot of posters on this forum taking the piss out of JR, but his style of play in the halves would definitely suit the ESL

I have no idea if you are right or not but he definitely wasn't suited to first grade footy here over the past couple of seasons.

Great news. Now we have room for Moylan.

You know you've probably started a rumour on the Sharks' site and given hope to many Sharks' supporters.😁

What is the price any idea? I have no issues if we are prudent and don’t sign wingers on big money but the reports of 450k don’t sound absurd.

I would think it would be around that level, one thing Nofa has against him is he only plays one position, so that really has an impact on his value.

The club now has a 7 that is struggling to perform no confirmed 5/8 the contenders are not proven ... I am a bit wary of the 1/2s situation , with Reynolds moving on this has left a big hole moving into 2021.
It is a good move by Josh but for those gloating about the fact maybe some attention should be paid to where the club is moving into 2021with the halves combination that is unless there is a proven performer coming .
This COULD be a good outcome but as it stands the team is very vulnerable.

Reynolds had a lot of injuries and couldnt really prove himself when fit...except for the few times he played alongside Brooks, funnily enough Brooks played some of his best football and the backline got more ball...hope he kills it in ESL...

On the news last night Douehi was interviewed and said that his preferred position had always been 5/8th played it through the grades but because he played in a few different positions at South's he has been moved around a bit. He pretty much confirmed its his position and thats where he is expected to play, and was very confident about it.

I really like Josh, this is great news for him and the club IMO. How things turned out here is none of his fault.

Consistent, injury-free footy could do wonders for him. He can really kill it over there.

Rooting for him that's for sure.

From what we saw of Doeuhi’s passing when he slotted he had momentary shifts into the halves last year I rate him! Good luck Big Adam

Did you see Matterson have a shot at the Tigers also on 9.

Piece on Hero’s with disabilities and Billy Walters was there with the Cleary dad and son and Matterson said what did Ivan say to you?

He said “ Sorry for leaving you at the Tiger’s “
