That would blow my mind. As long as the club has the right people running the ship now in pathways to employ the coaches, direct the systems of play etc etc, they cannot stuff it up surely.

New regime with Mielekamp talking a big game for pathways, Tyrone McCarthy now directing our pathways coaches and Bronson, Speechley & co now having been in their roles for 12+ months.

Well we haven't had the right people involved for about 15 years now. Our junior stocks have never been thinner. Huge amount of work to do.

Richo was going to fine tune it , Meilekamp seems all in , even Maguire said it was 1 of his priorities, all a good reference point for the money men to start listening and act
 
Has anyone seen or heard who were announced as our junior reps award winners last week for SG Ball down to Andrew Johns Cup?

I believe the presentations were at the Wests Tigers Challenge day at Leichhardt Oval last week.

Usually each team has a POY, Players Player & Coaches Award
 
Isaac Perkins is in my top batch of potentials coming through our pathways. Today's DT has him ranked in the top 50 teenage rugby players in the country.

Hopefully we can hold onto him like we've done with Makasini & Glassie.

No. 35 ISAAC PERKINS (NSW): Another Riverview student and No. 8 at the recent Australian schools rugby championships. Has spent time with Waratahs Academy and stood out as a leader. Also plays rugby league and SG Ball. Showed great leadership as captain of the winning NSW I team at Australians schools championships.

POS has completely turned Newy’s pathways around in 12 months, have some exceptional talent coming through

Tyrone McCarthy is our ft Pathways Coaching Director includes being pt NSW Cup coach. Heighno is our NRL Transitions Coach.
