It’s one thing to want to wait for something official and another thing to criticise and jump on anyone who could see through Cleary and used common sense to determine what was going on

As i said in another post its a little too easy to hide behind the 'ill wait till its official' thing. Thats all well and good if you play nice and respect other peoples options. For some however its just a get out of jail free card to have a go at people.

I was called all sorts of things, basically saying I am gullable and beleive the dirty media. Was told I was melodramatic, amongst other things, by more than one member. The media had nothing to do with my opinion, it was based on Ivan hiding, a prepared statement with no questions, when the whole thing blew up, Ivan was no where to be seen.
And I got sick to death of the Ivan has already responded, he is staying until his contract ends, how many times do you have to be told,. Well I just wanted to be told once with something more than a prepared statement that left more questions than answers.
But I am happy with the result, Madge should be good for us

I was proven wrong - I gave Ivan the benefit of the doubt; however, there were only ever two possible outcomes - Ivan stays; or Ivan goes - you had a 50% chance of getting it right. Under those circumstances, "getting it right" is not much of an accolade.

Everyone’s entitled to an opinion. As you rightly point out it was a 50/50\. This is about the people who decided to attack anyone who didn’t want to believe Ivan and went along with the media reports.

Youd be happy for the man who has over seen massive changes in this club, got membership numbers to record numbers, highest Sydney crowds, got some compo out of Penrith and got us a premiership winning coach as a replacement to walk away. Tell us what more he could have done exactly?

The more I hear of IC's comments to Penrith bosses and his interactions with them, supposedly checking on how his son was going, the more I think this bloke was just a huge joke. He seems to have it been on 'holding pattern' at WT. Never deciding his final 17 players, 5 co-captains, never getting fired up over bad refereeing against the team etc. Never really investing in the place, it's team or players. Good riddance. I'd say Pascoe and Go were deceived by Cleary in his medium to long term plot / plan to get back to Penrith and his unfinished business.

I like how our coaches never blow up over referring decisions. Takes responsibility away from the players.

Although Tigerpower might stir a bit i really dont think he wants the accolades, in fact i know he doesnt.
