Kieran Foran and his legal team are suing the Kyle and Jackie O show for defamation demanding Jackie O issue an apology tomorrow ...legal action to follow..

"Statements were made by Jackie O suggesting our client's child was not his,” the letter said.

He's really the most vile human being in the Australian media. And that is saying a lot when you think of some of the grubs going around. You'd have to be to though to put a 14 yr old on a lie detector live on air, and ask her questions about her sex life, where she admits she was raped.

My family lost a 26 year old gem of a bloke this week who couldn't cope with the ways of the world.

Mental health is definitely not funny nor should it be joked about.
 
I hope he has a full and speedy recovery.Mental health is a major issue and like many others have said not something which should be joked about.I hope he sues the 2 morons on radio for as much as can be had
 
You'd think these people would have learned not to push people after their old station buddies played that prank and that English nursed necked herself over it.

Nah, we'll be edgy, make inappropriate comments and if the bloke does take himself out, we'll cry in front of 60 minutes saying how it's destroyed OUR life and how it was never intended to go that far.

Foran should go and lay one on Sandilands chin, I'll chip in to stump up for his legal bill.

So the Eels have some cap dramas and Foran's off contract and may not play again this year.

How unscrupulous and desperate would the Parramatta legal team have to be to write this off as 'career ending' and throw Foran under a bus? Probably wouldn't fly with the NRL, but would they even attempt it?

Sorry just checked and it's 2015 and 2016 with an option of two more years. I thought it was just 2015 that was guaranteed. Either way the Eels have a very expensive problem, and I was wondering if they might kick Foran when he's down to get themselves back in the competition.
 
Didn't Foran have something written into his contract in regards to their board or board members? Remember hearing something along those lines when he was deciding whether to sign with them or not.
Maybe Foran might use this clause to get out of his Parra contract if so.
End up at the Broncos or Roosters is how it usually works.

Yeah he does, its both board and coach.
 
Foran is a quality person, never heard anything bad about the bloke and doesn't have his head up his backside like most footballers that are in the spotlight

I thought it was four years starting from this year? Or is it two years, plus two years option?

Embattled Parramatta Eels star Kieran Foran has sensationally quit the NRL. The New Zealand international has walked out on the club and his $5 million contract after a year from hell for both club and player. After struggling with personal demons, allegations of betting splurges, public humiliation and injuries, Foran, according to Nine rugby league expert Danny Weilder, has decided to take an indefinite break from the game.

The 25-year-old reportedly told coach Brad Arthurs of his decision on Thursday morning.

I think he needs it he needs it.. His life is going from bad to worse.. My mate saw him at the TAB the other day..

I heard they are getting Hayne if he leaves..
 
What a massive change of fortunes. He had everything going for him on the surface. Hope things work out for the better for the bloke.
