KEY APPOINTMENTS an Old guy that has been out of the picture for a decade and a guy that has been here before and was not a very good coach !
Grabbing at straws here guys ..did I read it right our Chairman said the club needs a 5yr year plan ..does he really want to be taken seriously !
I very much doubt Maguire will be the coach next season and quite a few contracted players as well .
I am starting to read between the lines one of them is Flanagan has just knocked backed two coaching jobs in the ESL probably means nothing.
There certainly needs to be some Key Appointment changes just not the ones the club is pushing maybe the ones that have been in charge thats led to where this club finds its self ..that would be a start .

Laurie is talented but not a top class FB.
Nouffa, good and bad.
AD, a decent footballer, but not a 5/8 or centre.
JL, - soon gone.
Mbye, no commitment-soon gone.
Jtj- doubtfull he offers much.

We can't be a serious football side with this backline.

When we stop blaming everything that is wrong with the club on Madge and start looking at what the players are producing, I think we will be better off?

Madge doesn't train them to miss tackles, drop catches or passes, walk up in defence and just lack effort or desire, they are just content to collect FG money. Contract lengths are killing us.

There are quite a few players imo who are living on borrowed time as a WT player, their efforts are just deplorable.

Some of the players playing today, were still in nappies when Sheens glory days were here. BTW he got punted not long after that for his sheenius ideas?
