This saga is getting ridiculous. One day Potter is getting an extension, the next day he's getting replaced by Payten, then he's getting an extension again, then it's Kidwell who will take his place. Honestly I think he's done enough to earn another 2 years. We're in a much better spot now than we were when he took over two years back. I would be upset if we sack him for one of the boys in Payten.

If Potter couldn't coach for a week and we needed a replacement from inside the club Kidwell would be my first choice

maybe there is a ceo-coach communication problem being played as a coach-player problem.
as i've said before,if you weren't hired by the ceo the shove comes early.

Totally on the fence about Potter as well. Not convinced he's the man to take this champion young side forward. He'd be a good coach at a club like the Dragons though.

I think there is too much gossip and the press has run with it. In saying that, look at factors that has give us a season to cheer for:

- Farah & Woods playing out of their skins;
- the appointment of assistant coaches (Kidwell & Payton);
- the re-signing of key players;

So if the board was to go ahead with appointing a new coach (based on a review of the coaching and admin structure + lack of support from senior player), I'm all for it.

Potter should be sacked tonight with Payto to take over for the rest of the year, with a view if he doesn't get results Anthony griffin or Neil henry to be brought in.

Today we were carved up on the right edge, he put a second rower into centre ala Tim Sheens. For me that's it im done with Potter and his selections.

These young kids are Payto's kids. he knows them well he knows what he can get out of them.. Lets face it Potter is on the green mile…

Yeah this one was mind boggling. The original team listing had Simona on that side, & Thompson on Richards side. Why on earth did they decide to pair Thompson and Lulia on Morris/Beale side of the field is something I can't understand.

Maybe they were fearful of Thompson defending Dugan's side? Would have preferred Simona marking Beale and a backrower marking Dugan though personally.

But surely all members of the game day team including Kidwell have to take the blame there.

Its all very well to say that and i agree re:Thompson but what choices did he have? Fine, every time i see highlights Fine is missing tackles. Taukafa? see Fine. Corey Brown cant tackle, Silla cant tackle we just dont have the depth in the backs to cover the injuries. Hopefully Moltzen is back soon.

How can anyone say he is making mistakes when he has no better options

We have no depth in the centres

We have been decimated by injuries

We have no depth because we have no money and very few TPA's

Look at the Broncos , they lose Reed and bring in Copley for Christ sake and still have players like Kahu as other options

If we hadn't had injuries we could of brought in Moltzen or Lulia
