I can understand Talau's response. I'm not saying I condone it. But I can understand it. I mean, a busted nose and an embarrassing home loss against a team down to twelve men for a substantial period - that hurts at every level. But I've no idea what the hell Klemmer was playing at. Maybe he felt he needed to show some effort after a pretty ordinary display. But getting in the face of a halfback? I notice the Saifiti kids were nowhere in sight when he suddenly felt very brave ...

Don’t agree I thought he was bog average on and off the field! Just because u fall for his ‘nice guy’ act, that’s more of a reflection on u. As I said u were not there to hear what he said to talau and how he said it! So u really can’t make a call on the way he reacted. What are you talking about, this club lauds Dallas Donnelly and Tommy R, and both of those guys would have punched Hastings' lights out.
