KOE NSW Cup Team List: Round 4 v Bears

Decent effort. That bears side has been unchanged for a couple of years now and with the exception of Simpkin that was essentially last years Flegg side.

Toa was decent. Put himself in positions to make good tackles in defence, but missed the opportunities. Dane is still a better defender than him at this point in time though.
 
To'a is a winger/centre. Dillon must've shat in someone's breakfast.
 
Halves were terrible, first half had a 2 man overlap twice and taipari cant pass left too right properly, so bombed opportunities. outside backs blowing up royal about never seeing any ball, saw three different backs blow up at taipari and stevanovic about not moving the ball on correct tackles, toa especially not happy with the ball never going out the back. Absoulutely no way Dias could play first grade football, him and stapleton should be named handbrake. Smart play by stapleton at the end going for charge down and missing a tackle to let try in. No ticker and a dumb footballer to go with it. Just can not beleive how poorly organised we are in the top two grades, its just baffling, we cant even set up properly. its one thing to be down on troops, but the lack of organisation and general awareness is mind boggling.
 
That Bears team was very good. Quite a bit of NRL experience and young Joseph Suaalii looks like he is gonna be a great player. We had trouble stopping him all night.

Simpkin is awesome at this level. Let him dominate it for a year and only bring him into NRL when Liddle is unfit.
