KOE NSW Cup Team List Round 9 V Sea Eagles

All still with us.

Lomi is a Development Player with us (probably will end up in the Top 30 in 2023) but has been injured all of this season. Real talented second-rower.

Solomone is his younger brother who plays U/19's for Wests. Didn't star in that grade this season but is young enough to play there again next year where I'm sure he'll stand out. Plays second-row, lock, even centre.

Not sure if Livai is their brother or cousin but he's a centre for our U/21's side and recently made his reserve grade debut. Looks talented too.

+ Lomi and Solomone's dad, Joey, is coach of Wests U/19's.

Keen to see Lomi line up in Flegg for us soon! Solomone is one to watch and a star of the future and like you said, has another year in SG Ball.

They do have a younger brother (also called Livai). He played for Macarthur Wests Tigers in Laurie Daley/Andrew Johns Cup (always confuse which one). A prop/interchange forward. Possibly not the same talent as the other 2, but who knows how he progresses!

The other Livai in Flegg/Cup has been doing well (unsure if they are cousins or not).

Solomone is the Saukuru that was a backrower until Lambkin decided to play him in the centres and at fullback in the schoolboy comp and he tore it up. has another year of Ball to play next year, I'd expect Wests to have a great year next year with nearly half the squad eligible to go around again and having a stack of our Matts side heading up a grade.

Anyone heard anything what has happened with Iverson Fautimau who was apparently carving it up in pre-season training, had a couple of rounds of NSW Cup, then hasn't been seen since. Assume injured but haven't seen nor heard an update?

Has seemed to just drop off the face of the earth. I wonder if it is an injury or a similar demotion to Logen Dillon.

Lomi is still very much a question mark. How his manager got him an NRL contract for next year is beyond me. Never stood out in Wests SG Ball, more likely to play prop than back row, he doesn't have much of an engine. Don't think he'd even make our flegg side if we were at full strength.

Solomone always had much more talent, but struggled in a pretty poor Wests Ball side this year.

It was frowned upon greatly when iverson suggested midway through a game against canberra earlier in the season that a team mate was a cat, and not having a go, needless to say the team mate is still playing and iverson is not. Need to be very carefull who your calling a cat.

Can you disclose who it was that was called a cat ?

My man at the dogs tells me that iverson and mavoni are very good friends and iverson is looking to get back there, and i do know who it was but wont disclose it.

Well Tupou played on the wing outside of him, captain Freebairn inside of him & Taipari on that side in that match looking at the highlights. But our defence was woeful across the board.

We might be struggling a bit in this grade, but I’ve been sick of seeing a bunch of mid career nuffies running around and us being semi competitive whilst other teams would use the lower tier as a genuine opportunity to blood and prepare their best talent.
If we keep the bulk of our promoted Flegg talent together and our pathways investment continues to bear fruit we’ll start to be solid in this comp again.

Soft start from the forwards, Tupou positioning was terrible on our line - was standing in no mans land.

Good come back with our 1st set, Saukuru looked good then.

Dias needs to check his boots before the game, have never seen a boot split in half like his did.
