Also the COE not being in the south west is actually a good thing for recruitment and retention.
It gives the optics that you’re making it out … even though it’s only an hr trip in traffic . Which is probably what a big chunk of the manly allure would be . I know when I grew up , the dream of living on the beach was a huge one .
The same can be said for moving to the inner west . Although a different lifestyle of course .

Let's just leave it to Richo, too many people on here want to pay unrealistic amounts based on potential.

If he stays I hope it works out and if he leaves so be it.

Pretty sure that which ever way it goes I'm sure Richo will do what ever deal is best for the club in the long run.

If he signs shortly 25 500k, 26 700k, 27 onwards for 6 years 900k with ratchet clause.
This is a sensible extension but do we expect that to happen no, the inflated market and his greedy manager will inflate his next contract to something ridiculous.

Man we are talking about 16 year old kids being shuttled to brookvale in a Tarago , where recruitment managers have convinced these kids parents that all that travel and waste of time/ stress in their kid is best for their kids development .
And it’s hard to argue as the local club , we have been a shit show at nrl . But when you look across the nrl , there’s a huge chunk of the nrl that debuted here , so whilst the narrative might be true re. Developing from an nrl talent to an elite talent z, it’s 💯 not true if you are simply saying development from a 16 year old to a functioning first grader . Because the pipeline is endless .
