Basically there was a meeting last week with.Moses Galvin and Richardson where they informed Richardson not to even bother giving the offer because they felt that Benji's as a coach was not progressing Lachy and hence they will no intention of committing to the club further once contract expires

This Isaac Moses really is a damaging agent He managed Tedesco and Mitchell Moses out
The combination of the media raving non stop about this 19 yr old kid and Benji having to confront poor attacking play which was the case in Newcastle
Galvin put grubbers thru way too hard and threw passes to no one
So if you have a big head you are not going to accept any criticism a bit like an a spoiled brat .
Noticed at the post game presser Benji said he was not happy with the attack
 
why is it always with us that we cannot handle players properly?

Do we just hire crap humans like Aloiai, Matto, Mitch, Bateman etc or we turn them into shit people, or that we just don't know how to manage players?

This is going to be discussed ad nauseam all week, just when I was getting my hopes up of actually having our team in the Top 8.

I know this is a case of the tail wagging the dog, but we really need to consider the Roosters approach with Moses, but I agree with the sentiment by some on here that we spend the next two years developing his replacement , even if the short term he still plays to his potential with us. Can anyone who works for an employer threaten to leave in two years time because they don’t like their boss , but expect their workplace to accomodate this attitude.
 
After watching NRL 360 and seeing Reed defend it all from Galvin and moses, he is in the know and he thinks Galvin won't be a tiger next year.

This is a strategy from the Galvin camp

We need to make him play KOE all of 2026 on principle. We cannot cave in unless we get a top top top tier player.. not a medicore semi ok player... Someone that is headline worthy... If we dont, make him stay in KOE and show we won't be pushed over.

Moses can't win this... This isn't Galvin anymore, it's Moses.
