OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Gould stated at the time he thought our development was ahead of Canterbury's
As for your narrative that Benji was brave, it was pure jobs for the boys BS.
Put it this way, if at work your CEO announced that the new state General Manager was going to be an internal promotion of someone with zero management experience who has done no corporate training whatsoever, and is someone he drinks with, would you be as impressed?
Gould also said Barrett would always have a job as long as he's at the Dogs, he also said they have they're own development programme and arnt interested in signing Galvin. The appointment of Sheens was a massive mistake by the previous admin, he was well past it, he should have stayed as the g.m and never put his hand up. In saying that I have more respect for Benji than I have Ciraldo, Benji had a go, boys job or not it's the toughest coaching gig in the game. Whether he's actually successful of not only time will tell. Ciraldo on the other hand imo took the easy road.

Kul, the forum owner has set that word to be replaced with a new phrase automatically. He did it some time ago and hasn't changed it despite objections.

Watch - Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon

(I wrote T-rump without the dash and the above replaced it)
Yeh, OK, but if he can do it automatically with this word, he can do it to any word or phrase if he feels like it, just because he's the boss as I said to Spartan in an earlier DELETED post.
If the Mod's don't think this is right, I'd like a guarantee from them that it will never happen again [apart from any reference to T-rump which he is obviously going to keep doing].

No, Im using experience to point out that things werent done correctly
Its not a personal attack, its an opinion on gaps in their procedures.
It is more for people like you who have zero idea how a negotiation is supposed to be held.
Im providing a counter argument to your claim that Moses leaked everything to the media and Galvin shit all over the club
Your extreme opposition to this narrative shows you dont understand what Im saying.

The livelyhood of my family is dependant on me successfully negotiating contracts.

Ill call my boss and let him know that tucker on the tigers forum says I have no idea how to do my job.

If you were any good at your job, you'd understand the concept of qualifying out.. When something is dead, you stop investing your time in it.

Richo deemed the Galvin opportunity to be dead and closed it out. I agree this was the correct decision that saved the tigers a world of pain in the long term, more so, later in this season.

Appreciate the unsolicited training and development opportunity, but it's a hard pass to any future tucker university courses.

The other question is what more could we have done for him. Prior to any of the situation unfolding, we gave him a start, brought players in for him, reason I write for him is because Benji openly stated he was the future of the club. Benji gave him free reign to play what he saw. We offered him a massive deal, what more could we have done to accommodate him? In the end in all honesty it was never going to be enough, he always had one eye elsewhere.
I think it was over the moment tim sheens left to be honest.

No he didnt, thats the problem.
By his own words, he spent weeks on the offer.
He wasnt closing anything out, he was doing his job to retain his talent.

Reed Mahoney given permission to talk to clubs immediately this Galvin signing looks to have really caused them to change the whole dynamic of their spine, I reckon Haywood goes to 9 and Galvin to 14 until they feel its appropriate for him to start in the halves
Looks like Mahoney will be the one to make way. Hilarious. I hate that jerk,

I'd say Ciraldo would like his team together this week while all this is going on.
Makes you wonder if he had any say in this or if this was all Gus driven.

The timeline is important.

What happened when Galvin said he will not be signing...

Then he deemed it to be dead.

He qualified it out at the right time. He gave the best and final offer and it wasn't good enough.

What more do you want from him? Get on his knees and beg a 19 year old and his scum of a manager to reconsider?

Please enlighten me what should have happendd next.

None of us know the whole truth, and perhaps Moses discussed ideas & options with Galvin & his parents. But at the end of the day, Galvin employs Moses, not the other way around. The name Lachlan Galvin is signed on the contract.
Ryles a few weeks ago was glowing when talking about Galvin I think Moses was telling a few porkies to Parramatta

You're going to ask a leftist to guarantee he won't censor or alter speech against the writers wishes? Think about that for a second 😂

I wouldn't worry about it mate.

The forum is privately owned and free to use, so I'm not sure anyone is entitled to guarantees on anything, but no one has been banned for having the opposite view...I don't think it gets to the point of altering other things either.

He's clearly very passionate/sensitive about the topic where a grown man has felt he had to do what he did.

This is obviously a big moment for him so we should let him bask in whatever glory he feels has been graced upon him.

Ive already said.
It didnt need to be broadcast to the world.
Richo had his answer, he also had a committment for 18 months.
He could have started putting his plan together for replacement signings in the background.
Had it remained behind closed doors, the shit about the contract value and the dossier would not be known and therefore the player division would be less likely to occur, the avenues of mental health and targetted bullying are closed for exit strategies and the season isnt torpeadoed.
Yes Moses would likely play the card of leaking the info himself, but then any claims of he made to agitate for release make him look bad in isolation. The club would not lose face and would actually maintane the sympathy it received at the start of all this.
Why is this important? Future recruitment.
This was all so unnecessary.

I did hear Ryles talk up Dylan Brown on Sat for his "team first" attitude - something the Tigers players have been saying since Lachlan made his intentions known. Id say Moses had informed them by that stage that the sure thing was no longer
