I think when you finish top 4 expectations change. I reckon dogs would have been happy this year with another top 8 finish and compete hard next year. Instead they’ve exceeded expectations and now anything less than a prelim/GF would be a failure.
They’ve hit Melbourne at the right time, no excuses for them. If they lose this, they play a red hot Roosters/Sharks who on form I reckon would beat either of these teams (as they have recently).
Loser gone in straight sets imo.

Lachlan Galvin is so good. I am so sad that he left. I'm not even mad that he was shopping himself in the off season. It's clear that the team was struggling to keep morale high after he left. Sexton is only looking good cause he's next to Galvin. All hail Galvin.
Sexton's first half has already made Gus look like a fool

Bulldogs made a play thinking he would be the difference to finals success. He was tonight but not in a positive way. Looked totally lost and off pace all game.
