Late Changes

Lovett and Felise i reckon, Taylor said that we will be fighting them up the middle.

- Farah will drop out with Ballin starting at hooker
- Felise comes onto the bench for Dene (hopefully)
- Lovett comes onto the bench for Ballin
- MCK comes in for Simona at centre

If it's going to be a dour forwards battle on a wet pitch then not going into the game with your best defensive forward is idiotic.

Farah will play.

Ballin to replace Farah ????
I wouldn't bet on it. :astonished:

Taylor has already said Farah won't play.

You missed the point, doesn't matter

If you were being sarcastic grow up

He asked a question and i answered it, no humour in your response.

With Farah out Halatau will be playing. Ballin won't play 80mins at hooker. Halatau could even start.

Is ET being left out?

Hope not

not too fussed about farah being dropped

hes getting older, and backing up is difficult. we have adequate replacements too unlike other years

hopefully its the only game we rest him this year. he should be a fair bit fresher in the coming weeks as we get two byes to help us through origin

I actually think Farah given the conditions today would be invaluable. His kicking game is better than the dynamic duos and defensively he is probably close to the best in the team, also in slippery wet conditions he could cause some head aches running from DH

maybe farah a couple years ago. he hasnt been as effective from DH, his defence is good but nothing amazing. Kicking is still also solid, but again a notch below a few years back.

in saying that, we're better with him than without him for sure but he hasnt played at the same level he has in the past and definitely not in line with his salary

but i think he'll start to find more form after origin when he can string some games together and start playing at a higher level from dummy half and with a couple astute kicks as needed.

It wont surprise me if Farah actually does play
Taylor talks about the head knock saying It was serious stuff yet Robbie backs up 80mins of SOO which is much tougher than any club game.

In all honesty if i was Farah I'd be filthy If the coach said you were not playing.

Most other players backed up for their clubs and they had less time for recovery compared to Farah.

Who is Taylor playing mind games with ?
Silly Goose !

There's ups and downs if Farah plays or not.

If Farah plays than his skills around the ruck and kicking game is needed in this weather.

If Farah doesn't play than we can bring in another forward like Felise which can prove crucial.

I think we need Farah for this game, his experience also in these conditions can prove costly.

Farah is our best hooker available it's simple, he's fit and ready.

Let the boy play!

Lol Milky, Thanks Mate[/quote

Gee, sorry Milky.
I guess you haven't read the papers and noticed that there was a bit of a kerfluffel about betting on anything to do with RL.
I apologise if it went over your head
If you are going to ban sarcasm here, there will be a heap of posts removed :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice work scarecrow, Ballin out Taylor to hooker brooks and Moses to front row!!!
WTF scarecrow, has no idea….

Farah would be better on the Bench, if Taylor is genuine about resting him, if that was the case , if we were going ok he could give him the whole game off, but if we were in trouble then he can bring him on at any time, IMO it's numb to leave him out for the game, and could backfire badly on Taylor. Farah is the sort of player we will need
