So what was our Chairman rambling on about his chat with Politis. He has embarrassed himself and the WT. Can someone tell him to shut up and stop talking to the media

Our Chairman is one of many in the WT hierachy who haven't distinguished themselves over the last two months.

Guess that’s just how it plays out sometimes, it’s slowly starting to hit home that this seems the most likely outcome and I’m not taking this well at all

That's not what Pascoe said. Pascoe said "we haven't had any further conversation with Latrell since we pulled that offer".

Doesn't say anything about talking to Politis or Easts. Already, like said yesterday, such a big difference between what is actually said and what people thought they heard, what they take away.

I have no issue if Lee H tells the media that Politis called him up. Doesn't mean anything in any direction. They may have been clearing up their position on Latrell, but obviously the actual move depends solely on Latrell. I see no issue with it.

he will say yes because you said *potentially*. I can 100% guarantee you that we are *potentially* signing him.

Try to nail him down to something he cant squirm out of. All of his proclamations recently have had a subjective disclaimer ready to go when it falls apart.

In a different thread a poster named intheknow claimed a 3 way trade was going to occur. I thought you might know about it.

And in general I just enjoy the gusto with which you do your work.

This is exactly why he or anyone else in his position should just do what they feel is right. You'll never please everyone.

As long as were releasing players early and not having contingencies in place before their release, then yeah he's not gonna please everybody.
