For me he is our version of Mitch Aubusson except we don't have the luxury of playing of the bench or starting him if there is an injury. Teams need hard working toilers who may not be as gifted as others but give their all each week. In an ideal world i would have 2 front rowers on the bench with Lawrence and a half/hooker but our squad is poor so we have to make good with what we currently have. Next year may be a different story.

Until we get Reynolds at the club i would like to see Lawrence given a try back at 5/8 to toughen up the middle attack the line….. nothing to lose why keep picking Moses

Would be very good off the bench , he has a go and never gives up , just can't see him playing 80 , I think 50 minutes 25 end of first half and first 25 in the next half

To play so well in a team that was getting smashed from pilar to post shows you what he is made of. I think there a few kids how should sack their mind coach and start talking to Lawrence, they might learn a thing or two about passion and guts.

Hate been beaten, but the pill would be easier to swallow if we had a team full of players with Lawrence's attitude

Not 5/8 please! He has hands like feet, always has and it was even a disaster way back in Sheenius days.

He's going to be here for a while, so we simply need better quality forwards around him.

Which side did he play centre with the Australian team? Someone mentioned here before that he is better on the RHS?

The problem with him on the right is thats where Moses defends and Rowdy is not dynamic enough to cover for or help him. He is weak laterally. His strength is head on tackling. Maybe he has to play lock and Taylor plays 5/8…

Yes and his defence would be 1000% improvement than what we have ATM,and drop Noses to RMC that gives us another forward on the field and that would be a big help.

He still has a contract for 2 more years, so best bet is to bring him off the bench. He could be effective against tired oppo.
