As I said before, if you start to do a proper competitor analysis you can identify heaps of areas where clubs do things in different ways.
It’s then up to our management to review our current methods v best in class and start to plan changes.

Pascoe should be the one commenting not Lee, that is if it’s necessary to comment. So either Lee stepping on toes and doing it of his own accord, or Pascoe is hand balling it over. Either way if there’s to be constant commentary from the club it needs to be through the coach or the CEO.
